It’s ok to stay for one night

Location is very good. Staff are helpful and friendly. Shower and bathroom are clean and very functional.

Rooms are really small, so a big person can barely stay in the room. That’s a bit uncomfortable.

The coffee shop below the hostel

The tiny rooms are terrible, shoe box sized, thin plastic walls and a loud factory style metal sliding door. You hear evering your neigbour does.. breathing, farting, scrolling on their phone!! bathroom has no seperation wall, so you hear all the teeth brushing spitting, peeing etc. No window, so no fresh air at all.. and it was very cold. Friday to monday no toilet paper, twice a week the was a girl doing some superficial cleaing while talking to her friend for two hours on loud speaker

The pictures don’t lie. The single room is absolutely tiny… Only the main light works, so room is extremely bright. It didn’t feel particularly safe or secure.. Lots of noise from other guests and road. Strange smell.

Decent central place to stay for a low price

You basically get what you are asking for at this price - a place to sleep and come and go while you explore CDMX. The place isn't super spacious but they style it well and it seems like they are always cleaning it! I really enjoyed the location, right on Reforma which was especially nice on Sunday when they close down the street to cars and people are running and biking right past the hotel. There is also a cafe right in front where you can get good coffee and light breakfast in the mornings/afternoons (not included in room rate).

I wish they would give you a key to enter the hostel after hours. Once the cafe closes there is no way to get in without ringing the doorbell and having someone let you in. There was always someone there but I wondered at times if I'd be let in after a late night out, and they aren't really clear about if they have specific hours.

Best price for staying so comfy and close to the centre

The place is great and the price couldn't be better considering how central it is. Really, you're very close to all the good spots for tourists. The hosts were very sweet and welcoming. we really enjoyed our stay!

Recommended for solo travellers

Great position, easy to reach the main attractions, and close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The hostal is very nicely furnished, and while the rooms are very small, they're comfortable and clean, and there's a big kitchen/sun room on the top floor for guests to use. The staff was very helpful and very responsive, and even hold my room without cancelling the reservation when I ended up arriving one day late. Would definitely recommend to solo travellers.

The walls are quite thin, so it can be quite noisy, even though all guests were being respectful of others. Would recommend bringing some ear plugs.

Quiet, relaxing, I will come back

I really enjoyed my stay, even though I was there for business it didn't feel like it. The staff was very helpful and you had a lot of privacy, you get to met new people.

When I tried to enter I had a difficult time finding the entrance I had to ask, is not a big deal to ask for help, however I believe there should be like an entrance sign it would be easier.

It's a new, well-designed hostel placed on Reforma street which is the best area for everything fun in CDMX. Super clean rooms and comfortable bed.

The hostel is quite new so I hope it will be fixed nearest time, but I felt e a bit uncomfortable being not able to lock my room and shower from inside.

El hostal está super ubicado, está sobre paseo de reforma e insurgentes, hay metrobus y metro super cerca te puedes mover facilísimo

Me tocó un habitación que da justamente hacia reforma, la ventana no aisla nada el frío por lo que la habitación aún siendo pequeña se vuelve un refrigerador (me hospede en año nuevo, obviamente el clima no ayuda) El verdadero problema es el ruido de los coches, motos (no escucho bien) y aún así me pareció muy ruidoso el ambiente sobre la avenida.

Todo estaba limpio y muy cómodo, el staff muy atento y amable, excelente ubicación.

Tienen serios problemas con la instalación eléctrica, en la terraza hay tres cajas con enchufes, en una no hay cables, en otra la conexión es intermitente y no sirve para cargar dispositivos y en la tercera, los enchufes están sumidos y no se puede conectar algo ahí. Además, en el dormitorio había solo dos cajas con dos enchufes cada una para nueve huéspedes, y en uno de los enchufes cercanos a la cama que habité hubo algún problema eléctrico y se me dañaron el cable y el cargador que conecté ahí.

La ubicación es excelente, estás en el mero corazón de Reforma, cualquier transporte te lleva y trae además de un sinumero de opciones de comida, museos y mercados,

En las regaderas es muy complicado regular la salida de agua fría y caliente, o sale hirviendo o sale helada, además de que las habitaciones son extremadamente reducidas, pero es un hostal y hay que considerar eso
