Nice hostal in a safe, lively area of the city. We only stayed one night but it appeared social in a co-working sense. Staff were helpful. Big comfortable bed.

Black Mold in Bathrooms

Location is good.

There was black mold in the bathroom. And there was rarely anyone working there, Alfonso was only there to check people in and then he would disappear. Avoid this place.

Comfortable stay in Roma for a solo traveler looking to meet people

Perfect stay for what I was looking for: private room and bathroom with a shared living space so I could easily meet others, at an affordable price for an expensive area. My room was quite large (I requested the room with a balcony, which is really just a door that opens so you have air) and by bed was very comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Laundry service is available (done for you) for 250 pesos. Loved having a shared kitchen area as well, and a backyard to hang out in.

You could hear everything in the building, no soundproofing whatsoever, but the place was generally quiet at night and I used earplugs. My shower door didn't close all the way so the water dripped out onto the floor, but I had a floor mat to help soak it up.

Disappointing stay at a hostel chain I've stayed and loved before

I have stayed at the UCO Juarez location twice before it closed and loved it, but the Roma location was a disappointment.

The first room I stayed in was horrible, it had no windows and smelled damp and unhealthy. To the hostels credit they were helpful in letting me move to a different room, although it still didn't have any windows, but at least there seemed to be some fresh air coming from somewhere. I strongly believe if the room you are offering doesn't have any windows it should be clearly stated in the description. During my stay there were no regular staff or receptionist except a cleaner. The welcoming and social experience I loved at the Juarez location was not present here. I am sad to say I am highly unlikely to return again.

Great co-working vibe for digital nomad!

- Every bed has a door (better privacy), light, and charging point - Great co-working culture (met lots of digital nomad during my stay) - Nice kitchen facilities

- The shower water is either too hot or not hot enough - I personally think the 6 people room (mixed, with a bathroom inside) is better than the 4 people room (ciany) I stayed. The 4 people one is too small with limited space for luggage.

Very disappointing and frustrating

The capsules are good, even though there isn’t enough ventilation inside with the door closed.

The wasn’t hot water. I stayed in the property for 5 days and took only completely cold showers - keep it in mind that Mexico City is pretty cold. I reached to the staff by message as there’s no staff on property, and they said they’d get it fixed on the same day but they didn’t. The property is also dirty, the bathrooms were dirty.

Ambiance sympathique pour quelques jours c'est top

Lit confortable et douche dans une grande salle de bain individuelle donc plus d'intimité que dans la plupart des autres auberges de jeunesse.

Il faisait très froid dans l'auberge et dans notre chambre, sans possibilité de chauffage. Personnel conciliant car ils nous ont donné des couvertures en plus, mais c'était tout de même désagréable. Nous avions la chambre en face de la cuisine et les portes ne sont pas du tout insonorisés donc beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à très tard.

Me encanta la ubicación y aunque no compartí mucho con el staff fue muy amable conmigo cuando me lo tope.

Tranquilidad, amabilidad y confort

Buena ubicación, el personal muy amable y amigable. El lugar es amplio, en general limpio y cuentan con varios servicios. Sitio muy tranquilo y, a pesar de haber gente, en general todo es silencioso.

Las áreas de dormitorios compartidos puede estar algo desordenado por los que ahí se quedan, es tema más de la gente que del lugar en sí. No obstante, se entiende en parte por ser un hostal.

Solides Hostel in super Lage

Die Lage ist super! Außerdem hat man dank der Kabinen viel Privatsphäre .

Es war leider nicht so sauber :( Während meines Aufenthaltes wurde kaum geputzt, das Bad war immer schmutzig. Neben meiner Matratze lag eine alte Zahnbürste… die Dusche kannte leider auch nur den Modus kochendheiß. Preis/Leistung fand ich daher nicht so passend.

La atención del personal de Luis y las señoras del aseo son lo mejor muy amables y muy queridos todos muy educados y siempre disponibles a ayudar de verdad se hacen tu familia sobre todo si vas por periodos largos. La ubicación es excelente en una zona muy segura y hay de todo, gimnasio, restaurantes, supermercados, cafeterías y el metro cerca
