Good for 1 or 2 nights. You won’t be getting too much sleep.

Design. Kitchen and fridge available.

Too small room and very hot and was NOT quite as described. I was able to hear cars and conversations from cleaning personal every day. Room was not cleaned at all when given to me. Construction next door sometimes as early as 8am and as late as 9pm.

The standard was quite high as for the price, it was really modern. The location was perfect, just in the heart of Roma, close to bars and restaurants.

The bed was quite small for 2 people and it was cold in the room, there was no real duvet but just a sheet and a blanket which was not enough to stay warm. Also take into account that there will be no towel change or cleaning the room.

I liked the location of this hotel. It was in walking distance of many places we wanted to see. The accommodations were very clean and nicely updated. When we asked for extra pillows, the staff was very accommodating.

The walls were very thin and we could hear all noises in the hallway as well as the front desk person coughing. When I brushed my teeth, the sink filled up with water that slowly drained. In addition, when I took a shower the water was very slow in draining. However, the toilet worked very well.

A good location for those just passing through and not looking for much comfort

Great location, close to plenty of nice spots for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Walking distance from some parks where you can spend some time or go for a walk or a run. Also close to public transportation options.

Too small — I know the dimensions are listed in the ad, but once you step into the room, everything feels very claustrophobic. I also think the level of privacy is low — you can hear almost everything happening outside your room, and they can probably hear you too. None of this was a big issue since I was just passing through, but for a longer stay, I would’ve looked for something more comfortable.

Avoid if possible

The only thing this property has going for it is is the neighbourhood. I was not expecting much considering the price I paid and hostel-like set up, but even still I was disappointed.

Prior to my arrival, it had not been made clear by the property that there was no staff at reception and I would have to check in by myself, via their digital system. Moreover, when I arrived, I had not been given the codes to get into my room -- I had to request this. Once I had managed to enter my room/the property it was apparent there was no toilet paper in my bathroom. I had to request, once more, through the digital system for some toilet paper. The room was questionably clean -- it was dusty and I saw visible dirt. The bed sheets were also very thin and cheap. The bed itself was hard and uncomfortable. The location of my room within the property was also unfavourable -- I had requested a quiet room, but was put in the hallway near reception which seemed to be close to a washing machine of some sorts which went on all night. I was also very unfortunate in that a couple nearby had decided to have very loud sex for several hours into the night. I had very few expectations, and yet, those had not been met.

It was very hot in the room and no a/c, only a very slow ceiling fan. The windows are facing the corridor, so no ventilation there as well (plus if you open no privacy inside the room). The days were not hot, so it was fine for us, but i can imagine that in summer would not be nice

- The rooftop seating area was really nice. - The staff on the recrption was nice, but the Whatsapp person, not really helpful. - Location was amazing - New facility

- The single rooms don't have windows and no natural lights. This is internationally irrigal, maybe not in here, so if so, the listing should CLEARLY STATE THERE ARE NO WINDOWS/NATURAL LIGHTS. - Towles are not fully white and not fluffy, felt bit dirty. - No natural ventilation nor air-conditioning in the room.

Location was great, staff was kind and well mannered. Quiet and secure.

Cleanliness came into question when I asked to have my towels exchanged. The staff initially stated sheets and towels were changed every 3rd day. This was inconvenient because the room had very limited airflow and towels would stay wet through to the next shower. On the 3rd day when I asked for my sheets and towels to be exchanged they stated that towels would be exchanged but that they would not change my sheets until the 7th day. This was the most awful part as the room was hot and humid, I felt like had to shower before bed and also when getting up in the morning. It made the whole room feel unclean and it made me question the staff on why the sheets where only exchanged once a week. They said this was not a hotel and would not change sheets more often. I asked them why is it listed as a hotel on booking.com We also found black mold in several places in the room, staff was not bothered by it.

Clean, comfortable stay in a great location with excellent value.

This second visit pleasantly surprised me with a clear improvement in overall cleanliness. The blankets were spotless, with no traces of dust or hair, and the bathroom had a sanitation seal that offered extra peace of mind. You can tell more attention is being paid to the details.

The only thing I’d recommend checking is the plumbing system, as there were moments when a strong smell could be noticed. It might be related to the neighborhood, but a bit of maintenance could help keep the high standards the place already offers.

Unbeatable quality for the price

The staff was very kind and attentive. The place is clearly newly renovated — you can tell by the design and the quality of the furniture. I had previously left a review expressing concern about cleanliness, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they took action right away. That kind of responsiveness really makes a difference.

My concern isn’t with the hosts but with the way some guests treat the space. There should be better control at check-out to ensure everything is left in good condition. This place is beautiful and very functional, whether you’re here for work or just visiting the city, and it deserves to be maintained properly. Not everyone takes care of things the same way, and that can impact the overall experience.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, great location

I had a great stay here. The staff is so kind and friendly, great location (within walking distance to so much) and it was very clean.

There was no air conditioning, so it did get quite warm, and the first room I stayed in (I stayed in two total) did not have any windows, which was one of the reasons I asked to switch. But a minor inconvenience if it's a short stay.

Loved the location, it was also super modern & clean….and has air conditioning, which many hotels/apartments in CDMX do not have.

Like many have noted, there was no windows to the outside of the room, so no fresh air. It’s fine for one-two nights, but I would not have stayed longer than that.

Simpel, maar prima

De locatie was top, we hebben veel lopend kunnen doen. De wijk waar we verbleven had veel te bieden. Het terras met keuken/koelkast vonden we ook fijn.

De kamer was redelijk aan de kleine kant, maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Daarnaast spreekt het personeel geen Engels, uiteindelijk is communiceren wel gelukt via de Translate app. Er wordt aangegeven dat er 24-uurs receptie is, maar dit is niet het geval. Wij kwamen vroeg in de ochtend aan en er was niemand om ons te ontvangen. Er was onduidelijkheid over hoe we naar binnen konden komen en uiteindelijk na een tijdje wachten en aanbellen werd op afstand de deur voor ons open gedaan.

Perfekte Lage für einen México City Trip

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist Top!! Im besten Viertel von México City direkt in Roma Norte. Alles ist super zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Personal konnte zwar kein Englisch, war aber sehr nett.

Das Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster, man konnte also weder lüften noch wissen, wie das Wetter ist, etc. Die Dusche war manchmal kalt und ließ sich nicht warm stellen. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice und das Zimmer war sehr eng, keinen Platz, den Koffer abzulegen. Leider auch kein Safe vorhanden.
