Perfect place to chill in Tepoztlan

Good

Its located at the centre of the town, very convient for eat and hang around at the town. There is yoga class and massage service at the hostel. The balcony is nice to chill at the day time. The shower is nice. Wifi is nice.

My mattress can be more sanitize. I dont know its the bug from the beach or san jose or the hostel here, I got bite all over the body at over night. And the room can have fan including it.

Lovely peaceful hostel in the heart of Tepoztlán.

Nice, quiet and clean. Seems to attract a very considerate group of travellers. Kitchen had all the necessities. Beautiful terrace to relax and watch the sunset from.

Dorms were quite small and the female dorm doesn't have its own windows but it worked. Other travellers were very considerate of one another. Expectation that you contribute/pay for potable water. This should really just be included in the overall price

Location is ok, bed looked awful but was actually relatively comfortable. Staff were friendly

Just the one bathroom for each sex is ridiculous, especially when they're both combined toilet and shower room. The hostel probably fits around 40 people so it's just not practical. The hostel is a strange combination of some people's house with a hostel bolted on, there's an insane amount of notes for really obvious things like wash up your plates etc. Rooms can get super hot and no aircon or fans available. I don't know personally, but I'm sure there are better options available here.

Great atmosphere in downtown Tepoz

The hostel has a unique soul, it's small but it has character. We stayed in the double room "amor". The bed was comfortable and the furniture stylish. It feels more a community than a hostel

One more bathroom would be cool, but overall the experience was great

Comfy rooms, clean space and extremely helpful staff members!

The hostal was located near the zocalo, restaurants, stores, ATMs and just about everything. The spaces were clean, the beds were comfy (okay for a hostal) and the staff were exceptionally helpful! Bere and Mayra were so nice and were always happy to help! The kitchen is spacious, clean and other tenants were respectful of my items. The rooms have lockers, outlets by the beds and small reading light. The terrace is the best part! Hammocks, arm chairs and a wonderful view.

I wish there were mirrors in the shared rooms. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful energy

The house is secure and very clean. You can use the kitchen freely and enjoy the the view on the terraza. Vera and her family are the most welcoming and sweet, they will make you really feel at home you might not want to leave.

Great homely hostel

Such a great place and Bera was an amazing host. The front part is a hostel and her home is at the back and she really makes the whole place feel like a home. She was happy to extend my checkout and let me use the facilities afterwards and was very accommodating when my bus was cancelled and I had to stay for an extra night. The place is cleaned everyday and the dorms and communal areas are large spacious enough.

Esta muy céntrico. A tres cuadras del centro El agua caliente y con buena presión Las camas cómodas y limpias Toallas limpias Los encargados fueron súper amables

Las únicas observaciones que daría sería que en el medio baño y en la regadera de hombres también pondría espejo. Yo fui a tepoztlan por una boda y tuve que arreglarme afuera porque era el único que tenía espejo. A lo mejor también pondría un bote de basura en cada habitación. Tenía que salirme de mi cuarto y tirar lo que sea que trajera en el baño de niñas o en el de las escaleras. Pero fuera de eso, todo estuvo excelente.
