Come and trek up the mountain. You won't be disappointed.

Location is good. A little tricky to find from the bus station, but I walked there with my bags. The trek up the mountain is great. It is fairly challenging, but I did it and I'm not young. I found out more legends about UFOs and an underground town here after I left. They seem fairly plausible, it is a place that feels special.

The staircase up to the room was rather cramped and like a climbing frame. I would have appreciated a better way of cooling the room. There was a fan, but only one of the 2 windows could be opened in my room (and it blew shut).

During our 2days stay we didnt get any wifi connection in our room (top floor), which is a pity, specially when u have to plan ur travels and have to use our data.. Other than that no problems at all.

The water was nice and hot. Tepoztlán is beautiful. And we found parking on the street reasonably nearby.

i had to duck and bend myself around the winding staircase to fit myself upwards toward the 2nd floor room. Doing so with any luggage required contortionist moves. and Im a tall guy but not big. The room is as basic as it comes.. absolute bare minimum. towels are small and old. only a single sheet on the bed, limited privacy as drapes don’t cover door, etc. It functioned but it definitely wasn’t worth the cost.

A paceful and quiet stay

Room view to Tepozteco Mount was amazing. Stone floor and rustic wood furnitures gives a confort enviroment. So quiet and paceful.

Great location where usual traffic is not a problem. Quiet neighborhood with a groceries store right downstairs. Really good price and comfy beds.

On the website and also in the confirmation emails the rooms were booked for certain number of people and we were confident we all would fit. When we arrived we were told that was not certain, so either we payed more for every extra guest or we'd be looking for another place to stay. Truthfully, paying 10 extra bucks wouldn't be a problem, but since its a problem between the hotel and the website, we shouldn't have been treated as if it was ours. Ah, the room had a leak in the roof which apparently was not an issue to anyone.

No hay restaurante, no hay estacionamiento propio. El estacionamiento es ajeno al hotel y cuesta 150 pesos la noche, Sólo hay 3 habitaciones y no está cerca del centro como dice ahí.

La cama mal, incómoda, no hay televisión, realmente nada que ver con su anuncio.
