Apart 100m to the Orsay Museum

It is on very good location in Paris. It has Lidl, Carrefour, Mcdonald's, bakery, Starbucks in near location. Clean room, kitchen, wifi.

The first time we came we thought that the smell is from cleaning chemicals. But every time we were back in the apartment had unpleasant smell.

Die Unterkunft hat uns vor allem wegen der perfekten Lage sehr gut gefallen. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar, auch der Eiffelturm. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Cafés, Restaurants und Shops. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und gemütlich. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kleine Küche mit Nespresso-Maschine – es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Kontakt war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen 😊

Excellent location. Great for those wishing to experience living in an upscale Parisian neighborhood. Apartment is in a beautifully maintained Haussmanian building in the 7th arrondissement, accessed through what was once considered the service entrance. Bright, open views and comfortable space, especially for a single traveler. Convenient to many tourist attractions, restaurants, specialty food shops, boutiques and cafes. Ideal base for exploring the best of Paris.

The apartment could use a little bit of attention - it shows wear and tear that could easily be fixed. While generally clean, it needs a good scrubbing in some areas like the shower. Having a full kitchen was great; however, the supplies were lacking - there was one glass for drinking, mismatched and incomplete set of dishes and flatware. There were four hangers in a stand alone hanging rack in the living area (there is a big closet in the sleeping area that could have been outfitted properly so they can serve as a hanging closet.) These are easy fixes and would greatly enhance the guest experience.
