Enjoy staying in the heart of the 7th arrondissement with this lovely 1-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue Duvivier in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Need a cot or high chair? We can arrange it for your arrival — just let us know after booking:
- Baby cot — €50 for the stay

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

The streets are wide and leafy, the architecture refined, and the atmosphere calm even in peak season. Rue Cler — one of Paris’s loveliest market streets — is a hub of daily life, with fromageries, boulangeries, and greengrocers open every morning. The neighbourhood is ideal for those who want to be close to the city’s greatest landmarks while staying in a genuinely residential, peaceful part of Paris.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Was as described in a nice location. Check in was easy and the host provided videos for how to do things which was helpful!Communication was easy with the host, the freezer was dirty when we arrived but we did not use any of the kitchen things so it was not an issue for us. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and hand soap as there was none in the apt. Washing machine was a great help in the middle of our trip, plan to dry things on the rack overnight.

Cannot say enough about the location! So great to be next to all the shops of Rue Cler, a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower and easy access to the metro. The apartment was as advertised and all that we needed. The host was prompt and helpful. The apartment is minimal and a bit worn - bedroom door didn’t close, the flooring is a bit worn, and we had to make extra trips for toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Those are the only things that Jerrod this from being a 5* review.

Communicating with Host was excellent. Questions I had about our arrival, heat for the apartment, or early morning check out. Very prompt. Apartment was clean but kitchen ware seemed a bit well used. Bathroom amenities were sparse…overall experience was pleasant. Thank you
