Very nice, would recommend.
The location is perfect, very close to the metro, as well as a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. A lot of nice cafes and patisseries with great food, drinks, coffee and pastries around.
The apartment has a great view on the tower, and is located on the uppermost floor (unfortunately no elevator).
The place is quite roomy, would be suitable for 2 people ideally.
Even with heating on, it was a little bit cold, as it is an old building.

Benefits:
✅ Convenient location, just a 3-4 minute walk from the nearest metro station.
✅ A nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the window.
✅ A quiet district.
Drawbacks:
❌ No elevator in the building, making it difficult to carry luggage or a stroller to the top floor. The spiral stairs could also be a literal pain in the neck.
❌ No lights on the stairs, making it impossible to see anything when it’s dark.
❌ No trash bin or bags.
❌ Noise from the boiler.
❌ Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the host only responded to messages the day before check-out.
❌ Only one roll of toilet paper 🧻 for three people (and we stayed for four nights).
❌ Towels had spots, so it was unclear whether they were actually clean, even though they smelled fresh.
❌ Sheets with stains.
❌ A slightly narrow shower cabin — only for slim people🙃

Never again
I’ve never had so terrible experience with Booking.com. I am not sure if the owners wash the bed linen and towels. But everything is very dirty and the kettle does not work. The owner did not answer my questions. My daughters and I planned to use the sofa as a bed, but there was no bed linen/extra blanket for this. Luckily the tallest of us is 164, if you are 180 you will not be able to sleep on this bed because it is too short. Also, we are all quite slim, otherwise we would not fit in the shower stall. The door to the toilet does not close.

Ev sahibi anahtarı bir dükkandan almamızı ve aynı dükkana bırakmamızı istedi. Anahtarı aldık fakat bırakırken biz evden sabah saat 08:00’den önce çıkacağımız için bizi 10 dk metroya tam tersi uzaklıkta bir adrese bırakmamız için yönlendirdi ve sabah çok erken bavullarımızla o adrese yürümek zorunda kaldık. Uçağa yetişmemizin önemli olduğunu söylediğimiz halde anahtarı evde bırakmamıza izin vermedi. Normalde anahtar evin girilinde şifreli bir kutuda olur fakat bu ev öyle değildi. Ayrıca, evde el sabunu ve bulaşık deterjanı bile yoktu. Sorduğumuzda karşılamadığını söyledi. Kendimiz aldık. Ev sahibi boş evi vermek dışında hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmadı, kendince katı kuralları vardı.

Ubytování je až v 5. patře, ale vynahradí to výhled. Mohlo by se více zapracovat na čistotě a opravit nějaké nedokonalosti. Nepříjemný zápach z odpadu. Chybí odpadkový koš.

Le sentiment de m’être fait arnaqué.
À la base le côté pratique dans Paris. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel.
Un souvenir terrifiant. À 63 ans et après de très nombreux voyages à travers la France je n’ai jamais été confronté à un tel niveau de nullité. C’est la première fois que je vais laisser un commentaire aussi négatif de toute ma vie…
Avant toutes choses je tiens à souligner que la personne avec laquelle j’ai échangé a fait son maximum pour rattraper les choses mais le mal est fait.
J’ai demandé la veille de mon séjour que le canapé soit équipé de draps. On m’a confirmé que ce serait le cas. À mon arrivée pas de draps. Je décide donc de regarder un peu partout en espérant trouver mon bonheur dans les placards. J’y trouve alors des draps usagés (tache de sang pour l’un) pas de draps pour la couette et une alaise. Je ne parle pas de ladite couette qui n’a jamais dû être lavée… finalement une personne me dépose, face à mon insistance, des draps à 23:30.
Nous décidons de boire un verre avec ma fille qui partage le logement avec moi : un seul verre (même pas un verre à pied). Pas d’éponge, pas de serviettes, évidement pas de café, un frigidaire dans un état lamentable. Je décide de boire un verre d’eau…erreur ! L’eau a été coupée. Après une recherche d’environ 15’ nous finissons par trouver un robinet. Nous Blois donc maintenant à quatre pattes dans la salle de bain pour rétablir l’eau. En parlant de la salle de bain…branchement électrique plus que douteux, carreau enlevé à la base de la douche. Ambiance…
Le canapé plein de taches et l’internet qui n’a jamais voulu fonctionner. Tout ceci vous donne une idée de la prestation moyennant 220€ la nuit !!! J’espère un remboursement intégral de cette prestation lamentable. Et j’espère surtout faire fuite un maximum de personnes en rédigeant ce commentaire.
Un petit calcul rapide me permet d’évaluer environ 800000€ de recettes sur 10 ans. Avec une telle somme il me semblerait pertinent de refaire la salle de bain, mettre des verres, laisser un peu de café et…acheter deux tabourets afin d’éviter de manger debout.

Дуже хороше місцезнаходження- поряд станція метро і історичні місця. Тихо в нічний і вечірній час. Інтернет прекрасний.
Не було достатньо посуду (дві різні чашки і склянки на трьох), туалетного паперу і мила/гелю для душу теж не було. Був лише один стілець. Плануючи проживання, потрібно врахувати, що поверх пʼятий (фактично шостий) і східці достатньо круті і високі.

Il livello della pulizia dell’appartamento potrebbe essere migliorato, gli asciugamani non erano disposti sul letto ma, uno disposto sul balconcino (toccando la parte sporca del terrazzo) e uno sul termosifone del bagno. Struttura buona ma con poca manutenzione, il tubo della doccia si staccava come si provava a spostare il soffione, la porta del bagno ha la chiusura difettosa. Inoltre sarebbe molto comoda la presenza di tende nel bagno, in modo tale da avere più privacy. Infine non erano presenti le sedie in soggiorno per mangiare. Insomma per il costo ci aspettavamo un po’ più di accortezze.

Terminar la noche apreciando la Torre Eiffel, valió la pena, tenía dudas antes de ir, debido a varios comentarios, pero debo decir que en nuestro caso, los anfitriones siempre estuvieron atentos y fueron cordiales, la habitación estuvo cómoda, las vistas increíble.
Lo único es que hay que subir 5 pisos caminando, no hay elevador, pero claramente lo indica desde que se ofrece la habitación, y agradezco el detalle de dejar agua Helada para cuando sube uno cansado. Aparte lo difícil solo fue la primera vez que sube uno con maletas. Ah y el baño qué si es pequeño, pero también lo indica. Yo volvería a rentar si volviera a París.

Algunas partes del apartamento tenían falta de mantenimiento, no había contenedor de basura, solo 1 silla y no había algún banco extra, se avisaba que era 5to piso sin elevador justo antes de llegar, la llave tenía problemas siempre al entrar a la cerradura y le falta privacidad en las ventanas del baño y cocina.

Maravillosa estancia en Paris, muy buena ubicación
El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. En la calle que corta con la Rue de la Cometa hay muchos sitios para comer y boulangeries para desayunos exquisitos. También hay 3 supermercados cerca que te permiten poder comer en casi si si se prefiere. Además hay una foto estupenda porque se ve la Torre Eiffel desde la casa y desde la calle perpendicular. La recogida de las llaves y su devolución es muy sencilla y cómoda. Hay metro cerca que te deja desde el aeropuerto sin problema (En mi caso desde Orly linea 14 y 8 por 13 euros en 45 minutos). Muy recomendable . Es un apartamento con una habitación amplia, un salon-cocina con un sofá cama, y unas vistas inigualables porque se ve la Torre Eiffel y su iluminación de noche es una gran sorpresa (a las 00:00 hace un juego de luces). El baño es pequeño pero funcional. El wifi funciona perfectamente.
Hay que tener en cuenta que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor . La ducha es pequeñita pero funcional.

A penas entrabas tenias el cable del wifi cruzando toda la habitación. El wifi nunca anduvo y en toda la estancia no nos resolvieron ese problema.
El espacio para la ducha es demasiado pequeño y la ducha no funcionaba bien.
La pava eléctrica no andaba
No tenía sillas para sentarse, como para poder almorzar o cenar.
