Zeer goede locatie, ruim appartement en zeer behulpzame verhuurder, die snel reageert op vragen en verzoeken.
Inventaris was bij aankomst niet helemaal compleet, maar werd door verhuurder meteen aangevuld.

Kuchynské skrinky namontované prílis vysoko, pre menšie osoby problém vybrať riad alebo len s pomocou stoličky, 1 izba bez okna

Nie wiem jak u Włochów jest z ogrzewaniem, ale w mieszkaniu (byliśmy w styczniu) było potwornie zimno, wręcz nie dało się funkcjonować. Właściciel doradził dogrzewanie klimatyzacją, ale mało to dawało ze wzgl na spory metraż (zresztą ciepło leciało tylko w jednym pokoju). W drugim nie było w ogóle klimatyzacji o czym nie wspomniano w opisie jak również o tym, że jest to pokój bez okna. Do przykrycia były tylko cienkie kapy (bez poszew), które są dobre na upały a nie zimą. W mieszkaniu jest tez wilgotno (ręczniki nie wysychały przez noc). Wg mnie nie jest to obiekt znakomity, raczej znośny. Pewne rzeczy wymagają już odświeżenia (np. prysznic)
