A FRAUD, be careful
NOTHING. THE PLACE ISA FRAUD.
The host only sent scheduled messages, nothing real - never bothered answering my concerns. The place smelled terribly. The requested beds were not made, the only one had stained old bedsheets. There was no running water. Felt unsafe, the external door didn’t even had a lock. A fraud.

Perfect location, disappointing accommodation
Location (10/10), shower room (9/10) & 2 powerful fans (8/10)
Disappointingly small (for being advertised as sleeping 7). No Aircon. No response at all from the owner when we tried to contact her about WiFi issues (this was significant as there is no mobile connection in the apartment). I tried her advertised phone number - no answer. I left a message - no response. I sent multiple messages through Booking.com - no response. However, I received many messages from the owner through Booking.com, all of these seemed standard, pre-written messages, reminding me of my obligations (do not turn up before 16h, do not ask for a late check-out, make sure you leave the apartment clean, wash dishes, get rid of garbage, change the code on the key boxes, etc, etc)…

zona malfamata con persone poco raccomandabili all'esterno, appartamento sporco lenzuola non cambiate, c'erano addirittura delle patatine in un letto, il portone di ingresso del palazzo era divelto e rotto, siamo dovuti andare via e cercare un hotel perché non era nemmeno sicuro dormire li

Séjour agréable mais absence de réponse
Appartement propre et très bien aménagé. Le séjour à été agréable.
À noter que, la grande chambre donne sur les poubelles, avec des passages tôt en semaine, ce qui peut être dérangeant. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas durant le séjour. Mais le point le plus embêtant a été l’absence de réponse de la part de la propriétaire, malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact, alors que les indications d’arrivée avaient bien été envoyées.

l'emplacement en plein centre ville. La salle d'eau, comme refaite, claire et fonctionnelle.
L'entrée refroidit déjà! La propreté: Les draps (poils, tâches), couettes et oreillers tâchés, les serviettes de toilette, pas nettes. Le 3ème enfant a dormi sur un matelas par terre (coffre de lit cassé) La vaisselle est pour 4 personnes; difficile de se mettre à table à 5. Il n'y a ni micro-ondes, ni cafetière, ni bouilloire comme prévu: compliqué pour le petit déjeuner. Le distributeur de céréales en morceaux dans un placard et pas de jus d'orange à votre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le four qui n'avait pas été nettoyé. La hotte aspirante n'a pas été nettoyée depuis fort longtemps. Il n'y a ni balai, ni balayette, ni aspirateur. Le radiateur dans la chambre parentale est toujours décroché du mur (lu dans commentaires). Il y a de nombreuses multiprises et câbles électriques qui trainent... Nous avons signalé tout cela au propriétaire...

Einmal und nie wieder.
Die zentrale Lage
Das Appartement ist im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses direkt gegenüber der aufgebrochenen Haustür. Entsprechend schlecht war der erste Eindruck.Die Unterkunft war dreckig mit Haaren im Badezimmer, hat sehr muffig und feucht gerochen, dementsprechend auch die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher. Das Bettsofa im kleinen Wohnbereich war komplett kaputt und speckig, darin konnte man unmöglich schlafen. Die Fenster des Schlafzimmers mit Doppelbett und des Badezimmers gehen direkt ebenerdig auf eine dunkle, enge Gasse raus. Das Auto haben wir ganz in der Nähe eines heruntergekommenen Parkhauses geparkt, da wir keinen anderen Parkplatz in der Nähe finden konnten. Zum Glück ist nichts passiert, dennoch hatten wir ein mulmiges Gefühl dabei. Die Vermieterin hat im übrigen auf keine unserer Nachrichten reagiert, wir können diese Unterkunft also definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.
