Convenient and comfortable, with difficult access

Flexible stance on check in - we dropped our suitcase early - thanks. The appartement is quite richly utilized, and everything works well. We found the bed comfortable (there is another futon, which we did not need). Check-in was easy. Somewhat cozy layout with 2 levels and windows on 2 sides. TV has chrome-cast, nice. The coffee maker is a Dolce-gusto ( we brought Nespresso, but lucky 4 cartridges were provided). We found the appartement clean, with exception of the corners in the shower (need some heavy duty mold remover)

Unfortunately someone had been smoking quite heavily inside. Even our clothes smelled quite heavy of smoke when we finally unpacked at home. The refurbished shower has no protection against spill and water runs easy into the bathroom space. The stairwell up to the front door is a monster (steep and narrow, luckily we had no big suitcase). Some steps were repaired with tape, which is unlikely to last any time. The doorways are super low - mind your head!

This is a quirky yet incredibly charming little apartment, nestled in the most endearing neighbourhood. You are spoiled for a choice of places to eat, and there shops and galleries within a short walk. Our host was friendly and helpful and the flat was clean and well-kept with plenty of natural light and excellent WiFi. I absolutely loved my stay there and I recommend anyone visiting Grasse to consider it!

If you find stairs difficult, the walk up to the flat could be a little challenging.

Appartamento caratteristico ma quartiere da dimenticare

L’appartamento è carino, sicuramente caratteristico, pulito.

La camera da letto è priva di un convettore o di un termosifone per cui era molto fredda. Il termosifone elettrico in dotazione alla stanza è insufficiente. Il divano letto è scomodo e rumoroso. Onestamente noi eravamo 3 adulti e un bambino e per la nostra esperienza non è un appartamento per 4 persone. Il quartiere è molto vecchio , popolare e pieno di piccoli vicoli, gli schiamazzi di gente ubriaca sono durati tutta la notte, la mattina bottiglie vuote erano sulla porta di ingresso. Mi dispiace per l’appartamento che in sé sarebbe anche carino ma la zona a mio avviso è abbastanza malfamata.

Appartamento carino in brutto contesto

Buona ristrutturazione interna.

Posizionato in centro storico vecchio e sporco, difficilmente raggiungibile e solo tramite una scalinata. Appartamento al secondo piano raggiungibile tramite scala a chiocciola piccola e buia. Se si hanno bagagli è una faticaccia incredibile

Di passaggio a tardissima ora, non abbiamo potuto apprezzare posizione centrale ed altri servizi.

Pulito. Facile da raggiungere. Ottima la possibilità di the e caffè, a disposizione, come dell'angolo cucina.

Il secondo letto è un po' scomodo e sacrifica gli spostamenti nell'appartamento. Deve essere raggiunto a piedi, anche se c'è un vicino parcheggio coperto, a pagamento.
