Great location and great communication.great place for a stay in Grasse

The property is in an excellent location to the perfumery. The little area is full of shops and a few great restaurants. The communication is excellent with our hosts. The beds comfortable and the window looking out has a great view of the street below.

Just to know. Be prepared to use your phone flashlight to go up the steps as there is no indoor light when walking up.

A charming apartment in the heart of a charming town.

The perfect apartment for a couple or 3 people, right in the centre of the historic area of town. The addition of a parking space was a huge benefit. The apartment is on the second floor (stairs) of an old building in a beautiful pedestrian street, right in the heart of the old town. You will need to walk with your luggage from the carpark but that’s a small price to be staying in the heart of this charming town. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and well appointed with everything you could need. Loved every second!

Lovely!

The location was great, right in the city center of Grasse. Close to shops and restaurants. The private parking spot at the underground parking lot was really a plus for a city with limited parking spots.

The apartment was perfect, with all the comfort you need for your holiday.

A relaxing space to experience the inviting atmosphere of Grasse.

The apartment was very well situated and had a lovely welcoming feel to it. The owners have put a lot of thought into its presentation & facilities. The air conditioning unit was fantastic given the temperature! We look forward to returning

Exceptional

Everything except at night, when we let the windows opens, it is quite noisy as there was the noise from these mortars and cars from the road near by. So better to close totally these windows.

Lovely studio, parking nightmare

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped & well modernised.

The entrance was dark and gloomy, it took us an age to find light and had to use phone torch. The locking systems are a little complicated and not well explained. The absolute worst thing is the parking. The instructions are confusing, the car park is confusing. 30 mins was insufficient time to find the flat, retrieve permit, return to car park, leave carpark, re-enter car park...find correct area of car park to actually park....drag bags up steps of carpark and when leaving pack car leave car park, return pass to apartment. Frankly a nightmare which made our stay stressful. There is also a lack of instructions for use of kitchen stuff, specifically ceramic hob.

Nice place to stay at Grasse

The apartment has all the facilities - including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. The location is excellent. Fiona and Cyril are really nice and really make an effort to make the stay pleasant.

The apartment is a bit cozy for four people. The entrance to the shower is low, so mind your head if you are over 1.8m :)

Modern, well-equipped apartment in the historic center of Grasse

Very modern apartment in a historic building, in the middle of the old center of Grasse. Furnished with a love for details, this apartment has everything, like Wi-fi, large TV with Netflix and a full kitchen with dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The host was very friendly and helpful!

Don’t hesitate to stay here!!!

Location was perfect. Very close to private parking space, close to bakery, restaurants and Monoprix grocery. Fiona was an excellent host, she met us outside the parking garage and showed us step-by-step instructions on how to get in and out of the parking garage, to exit the parking garage by foot, and walked with us to the apartment two minute walk from the parking. She was eager to show us every detail that we would need to know to have a comfortable stay. The apartment has windows that open to allow fresh air. It was so nice having a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, towel warmer. The bed was comfortable and lots of nice lighting in the apartment. It looks just like the picture. We were able to prepare some meals all the utensils and cookware we needed were available. We liked it so much we added an extra Night at the end of our stay. I like walking into a place that is so neat and clean this fit all our expectations of the perfect Airbnb. Fiona is the best owner we have dealt with in renting. She is always available If you have any questions! I would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located in the hill of Grasse, the apartment is impeccably renovated and clean. The host had prepared a guide book with pictures to help orientate yourself in Grasse, which was helpful and fun.

Technically, the shower and sink should have been deeper rather than longer, but well...

Il portone ed il locale antistante le scale di accesso all'appartamento necessitano di qualche lavoro/miglioria, anche riguardo al fatto che l'interruttore della luce non è immediatamente a portata di mano.

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt/Fußgängerzone von Grasse. Fünf Minuten Fußweg zum Parkhaus mit reserviertem Parkplatz (kostenlos für die Dauer des Aufenthalts). Fragonard Parfumfabrik und Parfummuseum liegen direkt um die Ecke. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit großem bequemem Bett.

Schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Grasse

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen in der Innenstadt von Grasse. Es ist toll das die Unterkunft einen kostenfreien Parkplatz mit anbietet.

Um das Auto auf dem Parkplatz des Appartements zu parken muss man beim Eintreffen erst die Keycard in der Unterkunft abholen, damit man auf den Parkplatz kommt. Da wäre eine einfachere Methode schön.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement propre bien équipé et joliment décoré. L'emplacement idéal au cœur du vieux grasse ; accès direct aux boutiques, restaurants... Les hôtes ont été très arrangeants pour une arrivée anticipée... très appréciable ! Contact très facile avec ces derniers que nous n'avons pas rencontrés.

2eme étage sans ascenseur... Pas facile avec 3 grosses valises. Petit appartement avec un canapé lit bruyant et qui prend beaucoup de place. Climatiseur portable très efficace mais extrêmement bruyant qui nécessite une ouverture partielle sur la rue assez bruyante. On a dû la couper et du coup il faisait chaud.

Absolute Empfehlung für Urlaube im Herzen von Grasse

Schnuckelige Unterkunft mit genialer Lage - man fühlt sich während des Aufenthalts wie ein Einheimischer. Im Stadtgebiet ist somit alles fußläufig erreichbar und die Altstadt liegt einem förmlich zu Füßen. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich bei Selbstverpflegung nur wünschen kann - sogar Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Wundervolle Gastgeber, die an alles denken und proaktiv erreichbar sind. Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit einer der Lampen und dieses wurde ohne viel Aufheben und ohne zusätzliche Kosten im Handumdrehen gelöst - toll!
