i’m hoping for a refund as i’ve complained to bookings .. i didn’t end up staying as no communication

nothing as they have wrong number on bookings site and the address took hours to find .. they didn’t answer messages or calls .. i waited 2 hours and then had to leave and find accommodation elsewhere

as above and there is no parking ., eventually they called from a number not listed .. but it was 46 degree heat and i was beginning to get sick .. i had to find other accom .. very rude and hung up on me

Many stairs!

Gorgeous inside

Very difficult to find and lots of stairs. We had to go down the street to a business to call the owner. He had us go around the back into an alley to use the back door.

l'absence des hôtes. Pas de parking comme l'indiqué l'annonce, nous avons du laissé notre voiture de collection dans la rue L'annonce ne précise pas que le logement est au 2éme étage avec des escaliers interminables difficiles à monter pour une personne comme mon épouse qui a des difficultés. De plus le matelas est épouvantable, nous n'avons pas dormis. Nous espérons un dédommagement de votre part

Quelle déception car gite inhabitable avec température de 11 degrés en plein HIVER à 20H ! Obligés de repartir car la propriétaire Mme ghislaine monengono n'a rien voulu entendre !! Chauffages éteints et fenêtres ouvertes à 20H, la nuit NOUS A ÉTÉ FACTURÉE ; la honte de l’accueil de GRASSE . La fille de la propriétaire ,qui nous a ouvert ,était désolée de la situation mais impuissante !

Immeuble vétuste , appartement vétuste et non prêt à la location ! Méfiez vous du non remboursable . Places de parking rares et payantes Chauffage éteints à notre arrivée 20H et impossible de réchauffer l'appartement car 2,80 de plafond ! Donc nous sommes repartis avec l'accord théorique de remboursement de la propriétaire ( en direct par téléphone ) mais mensonge le lendemain elle avait changé d'avis ( mesquinerie pour 55€ ) ; Que fait BOOKING pour ce genre de personne ? RIEN car toutes les locations de ce gîte sont non remboursables ! FUYEZ .......

Struttura ben posizionata appena sopra il centro di Grasse. Appartamento molto ampio e accogliente, molto pulito. L’appartamento non dispone di un posto riservato per l’auto ma sotto strada ci sono parcheggi gratuiti disponibili ( ad aprile non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare parcheggio, in alta stagione non so se questo possa rappresentare un problema )

Mala experiencia

We spent two hours on the street waiting for the owner to come and clean the apartment. It's a second-floor apartment with no elevator, which is very bad if you're carrying suitcases. The building is very poorly maintained. estuvimos dos horas en la calle esperando que viniera la propietaria a limpiar el apartamento. es un segundo piso sin ascensor, muy mal si vas con maletas. finca muy mal atendida. Nous avons passé deux heures dans la rue à attendre que le propriétaire vienne nettoyer l'appartement. C'est un deuxième étage sans ascenseur, très mauvais si vous transportez des valises. ferme très mal entretenue.

Confortevole e pulito

Appartamento tenuto molto bene. Pulito e confortevole. Letto comodo. Cucina grande e ben attrezzata. Posizione abbastanza vicino al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.

Non riuscivamo a trovare la porta di accesso all'appartamento perché non è indicata e la proprietaria ci ha messo un po' a rispondere. La proprietaria parla al telefono solo in francese, non inglese. Consiglio di organizzare meglio l'accoglienza.

Concernant le logement en lui même, rien à ajouter mis à part le pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionne pas, mais rien de méchant, la personne est à l'écoute et tout ce qui a été évoqué sur les précédents commentaires a été corrigé dans l'appartement Ce qui nous a complètement déçu c'est la localisation, immeuble qui ne met pas du tout en confiance, tout est cassé / fracturé dans l'immeuble, rien d'étonnant quand on voit le nombre de clandestins dans la rue dès la tombée de la nuit, ville à fuir sincèrement pour toute personne civilisé
