Never ever again.

It was close to the Parfumerie Fragonard we wanted to visit.

The house in wich the flat was, is horribly filthy. We could get in through a rathole-like dirty and stinky spiral staircase. The key was to be found in a container dangling on a gaspipe next to the entry. We barely found it. The owner never answered a phonecall or any text message, was only sending some pre-written panels, no conversation. The sofa-bed fell into pieces, three guests got only two blankets, the wc did not work properly, it was probably the worst stay we ever had.

Privileged position!

- the apartment was clean; the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and working appliances; - the position is central for those who think of visiting Grasse for the perfum factories and museum and the garden (it took me 3 days for the big visits, and I left Grasse still curious of visiting other museums and niche perfum shops - for a next time!); - the street is quiet during the night, so we slept very well; - parking is at walking distance from the apartment, in the town centre, a real plus; - the owner was gentle and answered my call promptly when I had a doubt, at my arrival.

- The staircase is typical of buildings from the Middle Age/Renaissance period, and it was OK for us - just be careful if you have a knee problem, it might be painful going up/down. A suggestion to the owner, if you could ask the cleaning lady to sweep and mop the staircase too? Then, it would be a perfect place. :)

Si Grasse nous a plu, on ne peut dire que le contraire du séjour dans cet hébergement

Communication: réponse à mes messages tardives.. Accès au logement: escalier très difficile dont la partie la plus périlleuse n'est pas éclairée; heureusement qu'on a la torche sur nos téléphones... Logement: fenêtre dont le percement pour l'évacuation de l'air du climatiseur dans le salon est béante le tuyau étant arraché donc entrée d'air froid dans la pièce; lavabos bouché; connexion internet inexistante donc télévision inutilisable...toilette qui demande un sacré bout de temps à se remplir; le soir au moment d'aller se coucher, sur le lit 2 places les serviettes de bain sont posées de façon élégante malheureusement elles l'ont été alors qu'elles n'étaient pas sèches donc la couette est les draps étaient très humides, nous avons dû les faire sécher pour avoir une nuit normalement confortable On est donc insatisfait des conditions de ce séjour car ne correspondant pas à ce qui était indiqué en terme d'équipements. Nous avons dû à deux reprises consacrer notre temps de séjour à attendre deux réparateurs et pour ce qui concerne la connexion internet elle n'a été disponible qu'au bout de 3 jours sur un séjour de 6....

Correct et bien pour seulement deux personnes maximum

Appartement plutôt propre, tout était fonctionnel et tout comme décrit. Une fois dedans très bien par rapport à la résidence

Parking payant et à 300m minimum Accès par une espèce de résidence qui ne donne pas très envie puis des escaliers étroits et très irréguliers. Petite odeur désagréable au niveau de la cuisine (peut être la VMC) Hôte qui réponds pas forcément aux messages ou en tout cas pas à tous.

Pessima esperienza, nessuna assistenza

L'esperienza è stata pessima. L'appartamento è situato al terzo piano di un immobile con portone di accesso che si apre a spallate/pedate. Le scale di accesso sono buie, anguste, sporche, con rifiuti e escrementi di gatti e altri animali. La puzza di escrementi pervade l'intera scalinata e si infiltra nell'appartamento, (ironico visto che la struttura si trova a Grasse au centre des Parfumeries). La pulizia generale dei locali è scarsa. Inoltre abbiamo prenotato per tre persone, ma trovato solo un letto matrimoniale con le lenzuola. L'altro letto/divano era dotato solo di un coprimaterasso sporco e macchiato. Al nostro arrivo ho contattato immediatamente la struttura per segnalare il problema, ma senza successo. Ho telefonato al numero internazionale di booking per inoltrare reclamo, ma non sono riusciti a mettersi in contatto con la proprietaria Audrey. Il giorno seguente quest'ultima senza rispondere ai miei numerosi messaggi mi ha inviato una richiesta di lasciare una recensione 10/10. Una truffa

Partiamo dal portone scassato con apertura a spallate, tre piani di scale a chiocciola strette, buie, sporche e pericolose ( in un pianerottolo per terra c erano immondizie piene di insetti e alla partenza erano ancora li). Appartamento sarebbe anche ok a arte i condizionatori rumorosi, il letto con beche nel mezzo,piastrelle del pavimento che si staccano, un divano letto scandaloso, con il rivestimento distrutto. proprietari assenti e rispondevano solo quando volevano. mi hanno scritto di mettere un voto alto,con che coraggio . Evitatelo assolutamente. Peccato perché Grasse è meravigliosa.

Il profumo non c’era….

La posizione era molto centrale vicino al museo Fragonard.L’appartamento assai gradevole anche se non adatto a persone anziane e disabili in quanto presenti scalini tra una stanza e l’altra. L’host gentile.Da segnalare il parcheggio offerto centrale ma per auto non molto grandi.

La cosa peggiore e veramente orribile l’ingresso oltre a tre rampe di scale ripidissime molto sporco con rifiuti ovunque ed addirittura con una lettiera di un gatto maleodorante davvero poco invitante in special modo per una cittadina che e’ la capitale mondiale del profumo.
