We had some issues with the TV (minor I know) and one night there was a lot of shouting and screaming from outside at 03.20 in the morning.

Well equipped and comfortable one bedroom apartment complete with bonus parking card.

well equipped and fitted out to a high standard makes this one bedroom apartment a very comfortable stay. Parking card is an absolute bonus as a car is a necessity on the Cote d’ Azur.

The perfect stay for us, two persons, three nights. Good memories.

We were in the city center, very convenient.. Clean, nice decorated and fresh appartment. The owner sended some messages to inform if everything was clear and to ask if we needed something. Very friendly. The free card to use in the parking space nearby.

The income hall of the building was dirty and looked poor. Everybody could enter the building because the front door was broken. Once in the appartment the atmosphere changed immediatly. That was new, fresh and very clean. We could easily hear the noise of discussing neighbours.

Soggiorno piacevole in una struttura curata con amore.

Accoglienza calorosa e grande disponibilità da parte della proprietaria. Posizione super centrale, perfetta per visitare Grasse a piedi. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile e atmosfera accogliente. Si percepisce la passione con cui è stato ristrutturato.

Manca una tenda leggera in camera per garantire privacy senza oscurare la luce. Il gradino tra zona notte e soggiorno andrebbe segnalato meglio per evitare inciampi. L’illuminazione automatica del bagno è troppo intensa e poco gestibile, con un sensore che si spegne troppo rapidamente. Infine, la richiesta di portare fuori la spazzatura al checkout è poco pratica, soprattutto considerando che la pulizia è inclusa.

Appartement entierement rénové, avec gout. Il y a tout de prevu. Tres bien situé tout en etant au calme

Laisse l appartement a 10h, c est tres tot! Surtout que le prochain ne rentre qu a 15h. C est une regke qu encore beaucoup de meublés appliquent, mais plus de souplesse serait appréciée! Comme dans le groupe Pierre & Vacances. Quand on est en vacances ca oblige a se lever bien tot pour tout nettoyer et remettre en ordre

Tutto perfetto!

Tutto! Posizione perfetta in pieno centro. Comodissimo il pass per parcheggiare. Location nuovissima e curatissima. Letto comodissimo e lenzuola con un buonissimo profumo di pulito.

L'ingresso del palazzo è un po' fatiscente, ma quando apri la porta dell'appartamento te ne dimentichi subito!

Licht und Schatten

Gutes Apartment, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage in der leider ausgesprochen langweiligen Altstadt von Grasse -dafür kann die Gastgeberin nichts- ist sehr gut. Parkhaus (nichts für große Autos wie meist in Frankreich) in 2 min Entfernung. Für eine Nacht wäre es für mich in Ordnung.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unbefriedigend. Erst nach Erreichen des Ziels kam die Nachricht mit den Zugangsdaten und der Beschreibung Parkplatz. Vorherige Kontakt-Versuche endeten in einem französischem Wortschwall-Anrufbeantworter, die Textnachricht mit der Bitte um Kontaktaufnahme blieb unbeantwortet. Das vermeintlich kostenfreie Parken funktioniert nicht. Auch hier die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin unbefriedigend. Das hat mich sehr ärgerliche 56 € Parkgebühren gekostet. Kommentar der Gastgeberin: dafür könne sie nichts. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen hellhörig, ab 5:00 morgens ausser Sonntag ist es vorbei mit der Ruhe. Das Treppenhaus ist stark verschmutzt. Der Zugang zur Duschkabine berägt weniger als 45 cm.

Excelente escolha em Grasse

A localização, o banheiro, a limpeza, facilidade de acesso, o tamanho do apartamento, cereais disponiveis (o que adiciona um toque de acolhimento). O apartamento é muito confortável e as instalações sao excelentes.

Os horarios de checkin (16h) e check out (10h) estabelecidos deveriam ser revistos, pois dificultam para o hospede que esta de passagem (1 dia apenas como foi nosso caso, mas pedimos uma flexibilização de 1 hora no checkout). O sinal de wifi no quarto precisa melhorar e a boxtv nao esta conectando na rede.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage in Grasse

Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Grasse, Lage ist perfekt, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Sehr nahe am Parkhaus (dass wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, da die Höhe auf 1,9 Meter beschränkt ist und wir mit einem VW-Bus unterwegs waren).

Das Treppenhaus des Hauses ist leider ziemlich unschön. Wir hatten wegen der Parksituation versucht, die Gastgeberin telefonisch zu kontaktieren. Leider war das nicht möglich. Da am Nachbarhaus gerade gebaut wurde, war es ab früh um 7.00 Uhr etwas laut.

Un appartement très cosy, décoré avec goût et d’une grande propreté . Le coin cuisine très bien agencé avec des dosettes café offertes . La literie très confortable . Le parking gratuit, à deux pas, en plein centre-ville grâce à un badge VIP .

Rien, tout était parfait . Les fenêtres donne sur la rue mais c’est très calme .
