So good to stay in a small place with character in the very heart of Grasse.

Great location, clean and well lit with everything one needs when traveling. Good nearby parking facilities.

A more brief and sequential list of instructions to get the keys would have been good for a tired traveller but the owner was very helpful over the phone.

My second stay here. Lovely apartment and a perfect location. Clean and modern

I always think 4pm is far too late for check in, and sadly the communication with the hostess was not the best. It didn't turn out to be a major problem, but not having your booking acknowledged by the owner and then not being able to communicate regularly can be a little stressful. Small things that could be improved

Not a good night’s sleep.

The central location.

The fact it smelled of cigarettes; the fact its front doors have massive gaps that meant we heard every other resident of the building entering and leaving all night long; the fact there is no daylight visible from the window as it’s under a bridge; the fact we communicated in English but the entry instructions were sent in French, and without internet access on our phones - it took us ages to enter the flat after entering the building.

L’emplacement et la place de parking

Plus petit que ce que le propriétaire le fait comprendre. Il n’y a pas une chambre car le canapé lit etait dans la même pièce que la cuisine, étagère sale, une fois deplié le canapé, plus de place pour passer. Le matelas tellement fin qu’on sentait les parties metalliques dans le dos. Une seule petite fenetre donnant sur une rue très sombre. Pas d’électricité dans l’escalier ( je me suis foulé la cheville en descendant). Bref, marchand de sommeil.

studion var smakfullt inredd, fanns allting som behövdes, Diana var hela tiden kontaktbar och hjälpsam vid behov. Läget är väldigt centralt, eftersom det inte var turistsäsong var inga störande ljud från gatan

Ett litet fönster som gör att man måste ha belysning även på dagen, men det finns gott om lampor Det vore bra med flera bruksanvisningar, t ex för värme och de maskiner som finns gott om i lägenheten under min vistelse var det problem med tv men Diana var lyhörd oc skulle kontakta leverantören Studion är för två personer, jag var ensam och det var lite besvärligt med den alltför stora tecken Trapporna är besvärliga om man är ensam för att bära upp och när den tunga resväskan

La posizione nel centro di Grasse e l'abbinamento con il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo e nell'organizzazione. LA qualità dell'accesso alla rete internet.

La dimensione dei parcheggi non è insufficiente per automobili grandi. La doccia va riparata: lo scarico non funziona, la guarnizione della chiusura della doccia è fuori uso e le due pareti non si chiudono bene.

Ça vaut le coup

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la localisation de cet appartement, qui se trouve à deux pas du Théâtre de Grasse et à quelques mètres du cœur de la ville et du musée international du parfum de Grasse. L'hôte est très attentif. Ils ont répondu le plus rapidement possible à mes questions. C'était propre, confortable et je n'ai rien à redire.

Je n'ai aucun point négatif pour cet endroit.

L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé pour pouvoir se déplacer à pied, le gros plus c’est le parking compris avec l’appartement. Très sympa, je recommande fortement.
