Small but perfectly formed

Easy to locate. Everthing you need for a short stay. Sonia responds immediately and is very friendly and eceptive to requests exactly what you hope for in z host: care and support. I really enjoyed my stay there and will return. Being in the heart of the old town means you have the chance to meet and mix with the locals who I found very friendly and hospitable. 10 out of 10!

A suggestion: mark the stairwell light switch in a different colour to the wall to make it visible. A shame there was only one restaurant open in the evening in the Place aux Aires. Out of seaon I guess but it limits where to eat after 7pm.

Perfect location, very kind host, great experience, definitely gonna come back !

The host was very responsive on WhatsApp and quickly addressed every request with a positive attitude. The location couldn’t be more convenient — everything in Grasse was within 2 to 10 minutes’ reach. The internal stairs in the apartment are quite steep, so elderly guests may want to take that into consideration, though it shouldn’t be a problem for most people. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay!

There is an abundance of facilities which was so helpful for cooking, the bedding and the bathroom to ensure the stay was easy and plentiful. The location is perfect, as you are in the very centre of Grasse! I found it so easy to walk around. The staff (Sonia) was great at communicating and helping where it was needed. The air conditioning made my stay comfortable, the view was beautiful and the TV is nice to wind down after long days of travelling.

Grasse its self, I felt like it wasn’t the nicest and safest city to stay overnight in but nothing against the property.

The sponge for the dishes was very old and used (had a smell) which lead me to question about the cleanliness of the studio (otherwise it was okay) There was no place to hang any coats or even towels. (Not very practical) There was no kitchen towels There was no facial tissues I arrived at night and it was very cold inside. I had an uncomfortable first night and morning due to that. I would have appreciated to have the place heated up in advance. (I turned on the heat later on and it was good then)

La scala d'accesso molto ripida e stretta, il lavandino veramente minimal ma comprendo che sono caratteristiche del centro storico.

Parfait

L’emplacement en plein centre ville facilite les visites de la ville mais ne simplifie pas l’arrivée avec les bagages. Studio refait à neuf et bien réaménagé, c’est plaisant et suffisamment bien équipé pour un court séjour.

Nous n’avions pas reçu de code d’interphone pour rentrer. Nous n’avons pas compris comment il fallait procéder, n’ayant pas eu d’instructions claires.

Très bien. Propre cosy et charmant

Pas de porte manteau pour les vêtements, ni pour les serviettes de toilette, salle de douche très petite. Une lumière d’appoint du côté du lit serait apprécié
