Excellent

Absolutely perfect stay! The flat is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, only a few steps away from the main attractions. The property is beautifully decorated and really well equipped. It’s super clean and the bed is very comfortable. Elodie is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. Our stay at Pampa exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Grasse and the surroundings.

Very central, not really "air conditionned"

Very good location, in the centre of the city. Clean and moderately comfortable.

So even in the title it says climate controlled. However, that is stretching it quite a bit. Yes, there is an air conditionner, but it is a floor standing model, so the window have to be open, letting more warm air in than it pumps out. Not ideal. In the middle of summer this isn't enough. We brought a fan as well, but even with that it was quite warm. Also, if you want to use the air conditionner it stays in the middle of the floor in the kitchen area, meaning the use of the kitchen is difficult. It also partially blocks the door to the bathroom. Otherwise the apartment is ok, but for the price it's not unreasonable to expect more space and maybe two windows.

Lugar encantador, situado en el barrio histórico y a metros del parking. Muy facil acceso a las llaves y todo muy bien explicado. El apartamento impecable !!

Miły nocleg w samym centrum Grasse

Ładne, urządzone ze smakiem wnętrze. W aneksie kuchennym wszystko co potrzebne. Dużą wygodą była automatyczna pralka z suszarką. Genialna lokalizacja, się trzeba pamiętać, że nie da się podjechać pod kamienicę samochodem, a auto trzeba zostawić na płatnym parkingu.

Było dość chłodno, a nie dało się uruchomić grzejnika w pokoju. Albo my nie potrafiliśmy go ogarnąć.

2 semaines dans ce joli et confortable studio

Studio propre, joliment décoré, bien équipé et confortable au centre de Grasse. J’y ai logé pendant 2 semaines pour une formation de parfumerie à 3 minutes à pied. Mathieu est également très aimable et arrangeant. Je recommande à 100%.

Un vrai habitat de poupée, aménagement mieux qu'à la maison...

Manque une chaise : un couple peut vouloir manger en tête à tête, sans avoir l'oeil rivé sur la télévision... Entrée dans la cabine de douche étroite, déconseillée à une personne un peu forte...

Excellent rapport qualité prix, je le recommande, la propreté n'est pas comparable à beaucoup d'hôtels 4 étoiles en France, félicitations au propriétaire, réussite dans votre activité !!!

L'appartamento all'interno è completamente diverso dall'esterno; pulito e grazioso nell'arredamento con tutto l'occorrente.

Il palazzo risulta fatiscente, sporco, senza ascensore e buio...quando si entra dal portone sembra di essere finiti in un palazzo abbandonato che sembra crollare da un momento all'altro.

Perfetto e consigliato

Appartamento nel cuore di grasse in una delle vie costellate di ombrelli rosa. Ottima per visitare tutti i punti della città ed ad un passo dal parteggio multipiano.

Forse solo le scale senza ascensore ma non ci si può aspettare altro dal centro storico di grasse. Non è un vero problema se non si trasportano molti bagagli o passeggini

Apartamento muy cálido y cómodo! Excelente ubicación, en la mejor calle de Grasse. Todo cerca para ir a pie. Muy silencioso, muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. La cama es muy cómoda ! La comunicación y predisposición de la propietaria son excelentes! Volvería sin dudas y lo super recomiendo :)
