Great apartment, host and location!

Location and comfort!!!

Location couldn’t be more perfect! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and also super flexible with my arrival time which I greatly appreciated.

The owner is the perfect host, picked me up from the train station and is absolutely charming. The property has a quaint entrance off a medieval street and inside is beautifully fitted out with everything you’d need for either a short or a long stay. I arrived on the brink of the rose ceremony period and the whole town was beautifully decorated in pink - categorically a class A property for booking.com

I liked everything; the only issues were external ie seasonal cold and rain in May and noise during the night because of locals setting up the rose event. However, this was obviously beyond the control of the host. Summer or winter, this is a cosy self-contained place to stay.

Almost everything was absolutely perfect. Anthony welcomed us so heartwarming! The interior is stylish and has its own soul. Wi-fi is great. Anthony even let us to leave our luggage safely in the building so as we could stroll lightly in the morning. Unfortunately, we became ill and didn't use this opportunity. But now we with to return precisely in this amazing place.

The bed is quite short, only suitable for the person not higher than about 1m 75cm.

The flat is amazing and it is situated just in the city center. It has everything you need. Tom is so kind, helpful and responsive. I had some troubles during my stay and Tom always offered to help. I will definitely stay there If I come back. Highly recommended!

Excellent location if you want to explore old town Grasse. Very friendly owners, and a clean and nice apartment.

The bed was a bit narrow for two people, in my opinion. We were able to sleep just fine, but I would prefer if it were a bit wider.

Exceptional service and most central location to visit the Perfumeries especially Fragonard.

It is a very cosy apartment right in the middle of the perfume capital. Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard shops and international perfume museum are within short walking distance. The host, Anthony, is very helpful and kind. As my arrival time by train was delayed, he offered pick up service from Gare De Grasse to the apartment. He has also extended his hospitality once again to provide transport by car both ways to Fragonard Perfumery which is a few kilometres away. A handy booklet with useful information, including places to eat and places to visit are provided. The recommendation on taking the yellow train was awesome and it was definitely a must try in Grasse. Overall, my short stay of less than 24 hours was awesome. I have a very good experience in Grasse.

Nice stay; pick a cool week; alert host to any needs.

The host is fantastic and the location is as central as it gets, with windows facing the main street in the town, overlooking the pink umbrellas and looking onto the museum across the street.

It is pretty noisy at about 5am, 7am due to the businesses below. It is very, very hot -- AC is not allowed in the historic district. Amenities are very limited -- one fan, so need to bring back and forth between bedroom and living room, 2 tiny polyester pillows, no shampoo, etc. But host was as kind and helpful as could be and if you need something he would come right away.

Directly in the center of Grasse

The location was directly in the centre so very close to everything. The landlord was very communicative also for clarification questions before the stay. I came by road bike and I was also allowed to take my bike in the flat. Thanks Anthony for being your guest at your nice place!

Even it was just a very small street directly in the centre, cars and scooters, delivery service were driving through what I didn’t expect in the beginning = a lot of noises early in the morning, but I think the noises is a general problem in Grasse.

The Apartment is just perfect,. It is newly renovated and it is a perfect mix of ancient and modern. The view from the room is just magical, with the view above pink umbrellas. The location can't get any better. And the host is so nice and helpful. He speaks English very well and helped me move around the city by giving me all the answers and information I needed. Alo wifii works perfectly and this was crucial for me. I stayed in Grasse for a day and a half for business and this apartment was in the perfect location so I could even visit the main attraction between my meetings. My stay was really perfect!

I have nothing to complain about.

Fete de la rose

l'emplacement est ideal pour visiter a pied Grasse, donnant sur une rue pietonne. Le parking public est a 2 pas. Le logement est tres cosy et bien equipe.

Extrêmement bien situé pour Grasse, au cœur du centre piéton, et à proximité immédiate d’un parking public abrité. L’appartement est fraîchement rénové, très propre. Déco sobre alliant moderne et traditionnel. Équipements confortables. Logeurs extrêmement réactifs, prévenants et arrangeants.

On entend le passage dans la rue la nuit. Mais c’est un quartier plutôt calme le soir.
