Lying host that doesn't reply to messages

The location was in the center of Grasse. But there are other good locations that do not lie on the booking and cause medical emergencies.

The host will never reply to you, except perhaps a generic reply. There were bugs, bed bugs and flies. The apartment was dirty.The host lied on the booking about the unit having AC, it did not. Five people saw the original post, the host REMOVED the part of the description that said it had AC while we were there, then changed it back after we left to the original lie. This caused medical emergencies for two individuals in our group, who are extremely heat sensitive and had severe heat reaction. We had to stay here for a wedding, so it was too late and too expensive to go somewhere else. This was the worst experience we have ever encountered. Do not book here. You've been warned.

No entiendo la falta de supervisión por parte de Booking.

No se me ocurre nada.

La puerta de entrada está rota, la ducha estaba rota tanto en el grifo como en la base, se embozaba a los 30 segundos, solo había un ventilador en pleno agosto, no funcionaba la luz de la habitación, la Wifi era falsa, escribimos al propietario y todavía estamos esperando respuesta, al abrir la puerta nos quedamos con el pomo en la mano, en la cam había una manta nórdica a 32 grados Celsius, mínima inversión

Manque de propreté dans tout l’appartement,poussière , moisissures partout Sol collant, table collante, Vaisselle (casseroles,plats,tiroirs dégueu…) Vaisselle quasi inexistante (un seul verre !!!!) Lave vaiselle non vidé Pas de papier toilette Pas de torchon Pas de produit pour nettoyer ni désinfecter mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain ,état de la douche déplorable Panier à linge des précédents locataires non vidé, cheveux sur le lave linge … Pas de papier toilette , Pas de torchon, pas de produit pour nettoyer et désinfecter Brefs,seuls les lits avaient été faits et le sac poubelle remplacé Propriétaire averti mais aucune réponse ( message fait par 2 fois via booking et par téléphone) Appartement à retirer du site de booking !!!

Edificio muy viejo. No cierra la puerta, obligatorio cerrar con la llave. Muy muy sucio todo . Sábanas sin cambiar . Lavabo atascado . Tapa de inodoro y escobilla rotos. Cocina sucia . Calcetines y suciedad debajo de las camas . Wifi no va .

Apart tout sa tout était bien

Bonjour quand je suis arrive sur place l’appartement était sale il n’avais pas était nettoyer du départ des autre occupant j’ai fait remonte l’information au Proprietaire Inci que la vidéo et il ne ma pas repondu

Le non nettoyage que j’ai du faire mon meme insi que change tout les drap et lave tout le linge

Cela est honteux de louer un logement de ce type. Logement INSALUBRE. Le propriétaire préfère faire des formations pour expliquer aux personnes comment investir dans l’immobilier mais loue des logements insalubre . Une formation dans la rénovation de appartement et également une formation dans le ménage serait plus approprié.
