In a beautiful Provencal stone villa in the middle of a 2500m2 garden with many centuries-old olive trees, you will love the view of the mountain and the surrounding villages from the living room on the first floor ... You can relax in the large 14m long and 6m wide swimming pool, take your meals in the large fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower and WC), sunbathe on the deckchairs ... Or, if you prefer, read, play table tennis, watch TV, enjoy your bedroom or the large living room with American kitchen ... It is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends (4 bedrooms with double bed)! The property and the swimming pool are completely private.
You can enjoy nearby the traditional perfumeries of Grasse, Molinard, Fragonard, Gallimard, and also all the attractions of the Côte d'Azur. The villa is very close to the beautiful Cante Perdrix housing estate and 1km from the shops in the Saint Jacques district.

This was our first visit and from our first moment we knew we had choosen really well. The house is well laid our and wonderfully equipped both in kitchen , lounge and bedrooms. The pool was beautiful and lots of chairs to relax in the sunshine . The welcome from Mme Barnier gave us a very friendly welcome and she efficiently explained the house and facilities . Pascale , the owner , was fantastic and communicating regularly to check all was okay. We would seriously be delighted to return and spend more time in this wonderful house

We have atayed here with our chikderen and grandchilderen. We really enjoyed it. The house was good and we specially liked the pool and pool house, although the wheather was not that great.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Lovely house with retiled swimming pool. Nice neighbourhood with lot of cities nearby to visit. Communication with both the owner and the housekeeper were excellent.

Villa could do with money spent on it to make it up to date . Areas of the villa looked like it hadn’t it been cleaned. A lot of tiles had come off the inside of the pool.

As a family of 8 and a dog we would like to thank Pascale for allowing us to spend a lovely couple of weeks at the villa. The villa itself boasts 4 good size bedrooms so plenty of space for all. The villa has a huge pool, we spent the majority of our holiday lazing/playing around the wonderful pool. Next to the pool is an even bigger pool house, that has an additional fully equipped kitchen, a big dining table, patio furniture and also a shower and wc, on arrival we thought this is a big space that wouldn't get used, but we were wrong... all our cooking, eating and entertaining revolved around this space. The pool is set in a massive garden that is fully enclosed and secure at every point as our King Charles Cavalier can agree with as she normally loves to find exits in gardens that no one knows exist and escaping to check out the local neighbourhood but she can confirm it is secure! The villa itself is lovely you could argue it needs a little modernisation in places but on the other hand it adds to the character of the place and I'm sure any changes would affect the price point of the villa which we believe is very good value considering the size and location. Mrs Bernier the housekeeper is lovely to deal with,, she welcomes you with a smile on arrival and with the use of Google translate as my pigeon french is rather poor... she assists you with anything you may need. Due to an electrical storm and lightening strike to the chimney on the villa the night before arrival we had a little more communication with the owner Pascale than travellers would normally have, but Pascale was lovely to deal with and dealt with all the fallout from this unfortunate occurrence with speed and efficiency and even gifted us with a hamper of local produce to apologise for any disruption that may have been caused. So overall a great 12 nights spent at the Villa and would definitely recommend for a large family looking for plenty of space, fantastic pool in a very convenient location to visit all the wonderful places along the South of France!!

We have just returned from the most beautiful villa in Grasse, France. We where met by a lovely lady who only speaks French, but used her phone to translate what we said. After showing us around the villa she gave us her phone number should we require her during our stay as she lives 10mins away. The photos of the villa on Home and Away don't do it justice, and the pool is fantastic . As well as the villa there is a magnificent pool house which contains a fully equipped kitchen, shower room , toilet and lounge dining area. A car is highly recommended as the local shops are 5 - 10min away or a 20 - 30 min walk. The owner of the villa rang us on 3 occasions to check we were happy and all was well. Overall as a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back !!!!. We cannot praise this villa enough.

House is nice and very clean. Was surprised about additional cleaning fees and security deposit not listed but owner was nice and accommodating about them. Property can use some updating with Fans, couch (which is pealing, additional pillows and towels) I trust that the owner will make necessary adjustments. Beds were comfortable which is always a Plus. Properly was nice and large with nice pool and pool house. Quiet street and nice view which made the stay appreciable

We really enjoyed our stay, a great house for the family a good base to explore the local area We all enjoyed using the pool and table tennis every day Easy to visit the Verdun Gorge, Cannes and Monaco and of course the perfumiers in Grasse. So many things to see Pascale was really quick to respond to any queries and Mdme Bernier and her husband were a joy - I would recommend staying here

We have spent an enjoyable week in this lovely villa, which has everything you need. It is really well situated in easy driving distance of Nice, Cannes and Monaco as well as many other smaller places to explore. There are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries near by along with plenty of places to eat The host was really helpful and always responded promptly to our messages, we were met at the villa by a lovely lady who showed us everything we needed to know and was on call if needed. A fantastic base for a great holiday - Thank you!
