The team behind District17 is pleased to present you the newest aparthotel in the heart of the city: House of Loft Affair. 5 exclusive boutique apartments, designed with attention to the smallest detail, are located in a beautiful renovated tenement house from the 19th century. The house is inscribed on the list of monuments of the former Krakow Śródmieście district. Preserved in the style of a bourgeois traditional home, today it consists of 5 apartments representing 3 styles of Krakow: loft-industrial, neoclassical and contemporary.
Apartment guests can use the private wellness area free of charge consisting of a sauna, gym and separate bathroom. Guests can use beautiful private courtyard with bikes for the exclusive use of the aparthotel. The apartments are equipped with high-class electronics / household appliances and designed according to the latest design trends.
House of Loft Affair is a place for customers who want comfort and modern amenities, and who value intimacy, peace and individuality.
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor, building is equipped with an elevator.
Apartment can fit up to 8 people. It consists of:
- Large living room with convertible sofa bed, that thanks to glazing door can make a separate bedroom
- 2 separate bedrooms with kingsize beds
- 1 bathroom with a shower
- spacious fully equipped kitchen, connected with a dining area and another living space with sofa bed.

The flat is placed near tramway stops and a bus stop, on the right of apartment. Therefore if you get from the airport by train you only have to pass 500m. All main tramway lines are available.
