Location and size of the apartment
Apartment is located in the main street so it's very loud 24/7, impossible to sleep. No shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom

Gorgeous, big apartment, right in the city center

Good location, private courtyard so away from the noisy street and the hustle and bustle. The apartment was clean and secure with two locks on the door. Sofa comfortable and large soft pillows on the bed.
WiFi provided on the information sheet was not available. No heating (quite cold overnight), towels wouldn’t dry due to no heating. Which also left a slightly damp smell. Aircon unit has a heat function, but that didn’t get warm either. No hot water 2 out of 4 days. I did report the hot water on one of the occasions and they managed to sort it, but it was off again the very next morning.
