Место расположение - шикарное. Через дорогу старый город с множеством туристических мест. В 10 минутах пешком жд вокзал, торговый центр. Туалет с душем раздельные, что очень удобно при компании человек. Курилка - на этаже отдельный баллончик.. Не просто балкон в апартаментах.
Лестница. Лично для меня - это не критично. Но для других людей может быть проблема. Лестница, деревянная, крутая и с высоким наклоном. С учётом того что потолки высокие - по ощущениям поднимаешься ни на третий этаж, а на 7й. 😁
