Apartament bardzo ładny, czysty i elegancki. Super lokalizacja , ok 15 min spacerkiem na Stare Miasto. Blisko sklepy i ogromny plus za darmowe miejsce parkingowe na parkingu podziemnym ok 2 min od apartamentu oraz plus za rolety zewnętrzne w oknach, które przyciemniają pomieszczenie :)
Przez dworzec obok niestety bardzo słychać komunikaty z niego w dwóch pokojach lokalu. W trzecim pokoju od godziny ok 6 słychać osoby ciągnące walizki na kółkach i trzeba zamykać okna .
Wygodne łóżka, ale bardzo skrzypią przy nawet lekkim poruszeniu się.

Dobra lokalizacja. Wyposażenie w zmywarkę i pralkę, wentylator. Dwie sypialnie. TV kablowa.
Hałas od dworca i czasem sąsiedniego mieszkania. Brak klimatyzacji. Brak windy.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra, kontakt z właścicielkami również jest bardzo dobry. Dużym atutem było wyposażenie obiektu o ekspres przelewowy, pralko- suszarkę oraz zmywarkę. Warto jednak przemyśleć ilość zostawianych kostek do zmywarki, ponieważ akurat nam zabrakło ich (byliśmy 8 nocy/9 dni a dostaliśmy tylko 7 kostek)
Wszytko było przygotowane w odpowiednim stopniu. Jedyna rzecz na którą warto się zastanowić to ilość zostawianych środków czystości (a konkretnie chodzi o kostki do zmywarki - jak pisałam wcześniej).

The location is great, with easy walk into the old town and all amenities are very close with the train station nearby. Given the train station is so close, the place is actually surprisingly quiet (and the occasional sound of a roller suitcase on the sidewalk sounds almost like a horse carriage passing by :) ).
The apartment itself is tastefully designed, with a very simple and modern style with a pop of color. We had everything we needed for a good family "city break".
The facilities in the apartment are starting to show wear & tear to the point where it affected our comfort a bit. Understandably, with all the people coming through over time, not taking good care of the place as if it was their own, things don't last as long. It might be a time to do some renovations. But then, there are multiple apartments within this listing, so some might be in better shape than others.
