The location was very good and the apartment itself was generally comfortable. The place was reasonably clean and the overall standard of the apartment was acceptable for a short stay.
Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes during the stay. The biggest issue, however, was the way the staff handled communication after the stay. An additional charge of 250 PLN was applied without clear and transparent information during the booking process. The listing only mentioned that pets are allowed “on request” and that additional charges may apply, but no specific amount or procedure was clearly presented at the time of reservation. The situation ultimately had to be resolved through my bank, which refunded the charge after reviewing the case.
