Friendly, prompt and helpful communication. Great location a few minutes walk from the station and the old town. Spotlessly clean and very quiet. Some thoughtful extras to make your stay a little bit better - an iron, salt and pepper, milk for coffee, a good quality hair dryer and several bathroom products. Good value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location close to the main train station Krakow Glowny and to the historical old city. Clean, rather spacious apartment that has everything one could need. Even tooth brushes and a tooth paste. The host Dorothy explained very clearly how to get into the apartment and everything went smoothly. Huge mirrors in the bedroom and on the bathroom door are amazing!
Located on the second floor without elevator. Water pressure specifically in the shower was very weak :(

Absolutely loved this ground floor apartment in the courtyard at the rear of the main building. It had everything we needed for our stay in Krakow. It was very quiet and a short walk to all the main attractions of Krakow and the train station. Lots of supermarkets and eateries nearby.
Nothing. Everything was absolutely great!
