Great location, nice, clean and modern facilities, elevator.
Very narrow beds (comfortable, but it would be nice to have them a bit bigger)

Location to the train station - 5 min walk and location to the old town 5 min walk
hall way and stair well were a bit dark and it took a bit for the motion detector lights to come on

Fast and not complex check in process, well equipped, good location train station - center
Rooms furniture is already in urgent need of renovation/update. The beds were uncomfortable - one mattress was in very poor condition, strange stains on the sofa and on the coffee table. I will probably look for another option next time.
