Location
The Toaster wasn’t working.
There is a leak under the kitchen sink!

The location was absolutely exceptional. Hardly a 5-6 minute walk from the station and super close to all the bus stops as well as the Florian Gate and the Rynek Główny area. Extremely convenient to commute pretty much everywhere. The property was clean as well as very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The washing machine and drying rack was an absolute lifesaver:)
The apartment was at the ground floor, so you could hear noise from the street. Also, there was just a floating glass door/partition between the shower and toilet, so almost the whole bathroom floor would get wet every time someone showered, which was a bit inconvenient.

This apartment is wonderful! Location is EXCELLENT. Within minutes you're in the Old Town market square - but not close enough to be in the noise of it all.
It is hotel-level clean. Basic amenities all provided.
Having the AC really saved us. The check in and out process was easy. The hosts are very responsive as well.
This is just minor things that people should be aware of:
Our apartment (#4) was in front of the main building entrance. You will hear the door open and bang close often. We had earplugs so never woken from sleep.
The AC is in the main area. If you close the door to your bedroom, you won't get the cold air. Maybe bring a USB fan if you think you'll be hot.
We just kept our doors open.
There are no bug screens on the windows so, opening at night wasn't safe (or we felt it wasn't ).

Fast and not complex check in process, well equipped, good location train station - center
Rooms furniture is already in urgent need of renovation/update. The beds were uncomfortable - one mattress was in very poor condition, strange stains on the sofa and on the coffee table. I will probably look for another option next time.
