Ogólnie ok i dobra komunikacja z właścicielem. Bardzo dobre miejsce blisko dworca pkp, nie w hałaśliwym obszarze starego miasta (tuż za obrębem plant), co gwarantuje bliską wycieczkę na starówkę i spokojną noc i bliski odcinek do dotarcia do dworca. Sam apartament zawiera wszystko co potrzeba podsumowując opinie gości.
Podobno w nocy zdarzyły się jakieś krzyki na ulicy i ktoś uruchamiał domofon, ale to nie był długi czas niepokoju.
