The apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and roomy for 5 adults. We were right across the street from the market Stary Kleparz and just a 5 minute walk to the Barbican—great location for access to Stare Miasto and the train station. Working AC which was provided in 3 of the rooms and greatly appreciated when we got there on a hot summer. Quiet neighborhood/or sound insulation was excellent. You didn’t have to walk to get a snack or meal. The currency exchange was better here than in Stare Miasto.
Shower doors leaked water on the floor when in use and not enough towels to dry off the floor. Walk up the stairs was challenging for my mother but easy for the rest of us.

No breakfast self catering. The location was excellent handy for the market, old town and train station and shopping centre. Just one minor fault I would mention is that I thought there was a slight smell of damp when entering the building but not in the apartment just the entrance to the building. We would definitely stay there again

The location is awesome. Five minute walk from Old Town. Close to train/bus/tram station. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Very clean, nice ammenties and communication was good.
Not that big of a deal but the lock box for the key did not work. We had to wait about 45 minutes with communication for someone to come and put in new batteries.

Great location
The door leading into the apartment complex was had to be propped open. It would lock if shut and you couldn’t get back in. My brother got locked out. Fortunately I was inside and was able to let him in. When I messaged the property manager about what to do if it happened again we got no response
Also the main shower leaked from the bottom a lot. Also messaged the property manager and got no response. Very disappointing
