It is simply the most ideal place to stay in Kraków! It only takes 17 minutes from the airport, and the train station connects directly to a large shopping mall, which is just a 5-minute walk to the apartment. The place is equipped with kitchen utensils, a microwave, and a washing machine. The 3-layer password security makes it feel very safe, and I slept comfortably all 4 nights. The host also replied instantly to any questions. I highly recommend it!

the kettle had a lot of limescale/dirt inside, so I bought a scouring pad and spent 10 minutes cleaning it.

- Great location. - Reliable WiFi - modern and clean apartment (for the most part). - Good kitchen and laundry facilities available (hob was a bit tricky to use at first - perhaps include a visual manual in English. - Overall, a pleasant stay.

- Check-in was at 3 pm but you could pay extra to check-in at the apartment a lot earlier. However, given that the check-out was at 11 am, access could be granted earlier for free and create less of an inconvenience. - There was no floor towel and despite having asked for one, we didn't receive it and this left the bathroom in a bit of a mess for whoever had to use it next. - Had to keep unplugging and replugging the smart box to make the smart TV features work (minor issue).
