It has a great location, the room was very clean. It has a lot of stairs.

Can’t pick a fault with the property. Perfect location for a stay in krakow, spotless and had everything you could need.

Being picky would be to have a lift but obviously that isn’t a massive deal to me but can see it being an issue to some other people who would like to have a moan!

The hotel is in convenient location right between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, with a couple of corner shops nearby and just a 10-min walk to the station for easy trips to the airport and salt mine. Everything in the room worked (sort of), the property was generally clean, and the shared kitchenette was a great bonus with tea and coffee.

While none of these were complete deal-breakers, there are a few things you might want to take into consideration. We stayed on the third floor in a room with only high roof skylights; being short, I couldn't reach them to open them even when standing on a chair. There was also damp smell, and the room got quite warm since the locked AC temperature wasn't fully adequate, even on the highest fan setting. Finally, light sleepers might want to use ear plus they provided, as the AC made a constant buzzing sound, the fridge kicked on loudly every 20 minutes, and being right next to both the street and the shared kitchen meant we could hear passing trams and other guests making morning coffee.

Location was central. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Shared kitchenette and umbrellas, etc, is a plus.

Lighting in the apartment was too dim/low, with the brightest light being an LED light strip on the wall. The cutlery provided wasn't washed. The apartment is advertised as being on the 3rd floor which is correct, but you have to climb about 6 flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor. There's no actual way of getting natural light into the apartment without removing privacy.
