Very clean and comfortable apartment with all the facilities you'd want, including a sound system in the bathroom! The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure and temperature were really good and the kitchenette cupboards were very well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, etc.
The location couldn't have been better as it was just 5 mins walk to the main square through Planty Park and 10-15 mins walk from the main station (Krakòw Głòwny). It was also quiet at night.
The host was responsive and even checked on how things were with my stay while I was there.
Some reviews mention music coming from the adjacent music school. I had no problem with this as it was only during the day when I was mostly out and about, and in any case I found it quite nice!
I had a bit of difficulty getting into the main street door when I arrived as the host's email wasn't too clear about the sequence of buttons, however, I should have watched the video the host provided! I thought that was very innovative and made it totally clear what to do!
The amount of shower gel/shampoo provided was limited to two very small bottles (my stay was 3 nights). Given how inexpensive these would be I think the host could be a little more generous with them. I'd suggest one small bottle per night of stay (per person).

I walked in and was immediately impressed by how modern and spacious the apartment was. Everything had been thoughtfully designed and finished to a very high standard. I especially loved the controllable lighting throughout the apartment and the ceiling speakers in the bathroom etc, which added a nice tech touch.
The classical music drifting from the music school next door during the day was an unexpected addition to the experience. The location was perfect, and the owners were extremely communicative and helpful throughout my stay.
Would stay here again without hesitation — 100% recommended.

The location was excellent.
The Luna suite was modern , comfortable and very clean . Was very impressed.
Struggled to find anything negative about apartment.
Maybe addition of a small safe to secure valuables would be beneficial.
