Everything was great

It was basic, but what else do you need during a short stay. The location was very good.

We booked two apartments for our two families and paid the same price for both. However, one of the apartments was located in the attic floor. Compared to the standard apartment, it was noticeably smaller, had much smaller windows, felt very hot, and the air conditioning was not working properly. We explained to the reception staff that we had booked two equivalent apartments for the same price, but despite paying the same amount, the attic apartment offered significantly less comfort and space, which did not feel fair. We kindly asked if it was possible to change the apartment, but we were told that all apartments were fully booked. What was especially disappointing for us was that we booked both apartments a long time in advance, at a time when there were many options still available, yet one family was still assigned the attic apartment under these conditions. We tried to express our dissatisfaction politely, hoping for some understanding or an alternative solution, but after being told that nothing could be done, we did not receive any further response or effort regarding guest satisfaction. The location and overall property were fine, but this situation negatively affected our experience.
