Location was perfect, apt was spatious and clean

The sofa was not very comfortable…

Central, clean and well equipped apartment for a family stay in Krakow (2 adults and 2 Children). Located in the heart of old town with rooftop view across to the Rynek and market hall, apartment was quiet, clean and modernly furnished. Stayed cool in the hot weather complete with air conditioning. Text information on key collection and door code. Lift to top floor. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Well priced and would stay again.

Sofa bed slightly uncomfortable for adult sleeping. Apartment lacked the 'character' features of some of the other buildings around. Limited complementary items, tea/ coffee/ etc.. provided (but we were not really expecting anything so this is a minor point!)

Great location and hosts were great at replying to emails about where to leave luggage.

When we arrived, the apartment smelled really bad. We had to open the windows, and when we came back, it was cold till the morning because the radiators weren’t working. The elevator operates with a code, but the keypad barely works - each time we tried to enter the code, it took us about 10 minutes. Other couples we met by the elevator had the same problem. The door to the stairs also required a code, but we never received it. The mattress was old, squeaky, and very uncomfortable. The floor panels were also old and coming loose. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this place.
