Perfect location. Spacious. Spotlessly clean. Excellent air conditioning. Beautiful apartment, well equipped and tastefully decorated and furnished.

Bedroom unusual, bed was ok and pillows were unusual, a bit like balloons (need more give)

- location was great, it was right in the center - there was an elevator - we didn’t have to carry around a card or key, the property was accessed via a code - the shower was amazing, best I have ever had - the bed was great, mattress softness was just right - the apartment was really pretty visually - the staff communication was great and they were helpful with the luggage and when I had problems finding the apartment - 2 types of coffee was ordered and condiments such as salt

- there were not enough towels, it would be better to have extra towels inside the apartment - washing machine was missing even though there is space for the washing machine, this could actually solve the lack of towel issue as well - the sound proofing wasn’t the best, I am not talking about the fact that you can hear from outside of the building, of course the center of Krakow is loud and is expected but I mean that the front door of the building is so heavy that you can hear whenever someone comes in and out - there could be more toilet paper - it was difficult to find the property because on google maps there was the old location present (now they fixed it) - the TV is so far away from the couch and also pretty small so it is uncomfortable and hard to watch

The location in the city center, the cleanliness of the room, and the overall facilities were of a very good standard. The room was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh

The room was not prepared for a child, even though this was clearly stated in the reservation – there was no bed prepared, no duvets, pillows, or towels. There was also an issue with the access code system, which did not work upon arrival, and the 24/7 support was unreachable. An additional inconvenience was a nighttime incident with repeated ringing at the apartment door that could not be switched off.
