Great location, very responsive and friendly staff, spotlessly clean! The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary acessories, we even got some coffe, tea, suggar, salt, pepper. The main bed was spacious and extremely comfortable; the sofa bed was slightly less so, but still good for a sofa bed, plenty of pillows. Zabka store is located right next door. We were four people and I was initialy worried the studio might be too small, but it turned out to be very comfortable for the time we spent inside. Highly recommend this app!

Great location and nice apartments

Cleaners were still in the room when we arrived and advised sofa bed was broken so they were sending maintenance to fix it. Waited for maintenance to arrive and he declared was all good and left. We checked and sofa bed was still broken (wood was snapped so not sure why maintenance declared was fixed) spent the next few hours waiting for a resolution. Loft affair advised the had another apartment ( a downgrade) so we took it. No offer of anyone coming to help with luggage etc. I asked if there would be any refund as we booked the penthouse specifically for the rooftop terrace and also additional facilities it had. They are still ‘looking into this’ after initially offering me a 10% discount on future stay (we are in the UK and this also did not even cover the difference in cost of the apartments) and I am still yet to receive any kind of refund despite me constantly reaching out to them since we returned home on the 26th November!

We stayed in apartment 102. The bed is ROCK HARD. Not what you need when you've spent all day on your feet exploring the sights. My daughter had to sleep on the sofa as the bed was way too hard for her, and I woke up with the most horrendous backache the morning after. Our check-in was delayed for an hour because the room wasn't ready, not good after a long train journey with a child. We arrived and the cleaners were still there. The shower looked lovely (2 heads), but when my daughter went to take a shower, the plastic bit of the large shower head fell on top her! Which really scared her and could have caused an injury. The banging of doors from the apartments on the same floor was loud, and the noise from the laundry room next door kept me awake for 2 hours! There were no batteries in the tv remote. Had to go and buy my own. Don't be fooled by the luxurious pics. If you like a comfy bed, and who doesn't,? don't stay here!
