White Lotus by Fragola Collection

A wonderful stay – our second time here! This was our second time staying at White Lotus Fragola Apartments, and once again we had an excellent experience. The building is beautifully renovated, very easy to find, and has an elevator, which is especially convenient when travelling with a family. Our two-bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds and exceptionally clean bathrooms. There is heating, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is also very quiet, making it a great choice for families. The service was absolutely excellent, as always. The communication was perfect — all our emails were answered very quickly, and the team was extremely helpful and accommodating. They did everything they could to meet our requests and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend White Lotus Fragola Apartments to anyone visiting Krakow!

Everything was perfect.

Wonderful location! Everything is reachable by foot :) Big clean and comfortable appt. Good breakfast Danylo was available for any com.

The balcony was a rear balcony so we didn't really had a view, but is was quiet this way

Loved the location, centrally located but in a quiet area. Most of the main attractions are in walking distance. Very comfortable bed and sofa, nice kitchenette, spacious bathroom. Very nicely decorated room. Elevator was a life saver for my older mom.

Location was excellent. Decorated to a high standard.

We stayed in apartment 102. The bed is ROCK HARD. Not what you need when you've spent all day on your feet exploring the sights. My daughter had to sleep on the sofa as the bed was way too hard for her, and I woke up with the most horrendous backache the morning after. Our check-in was delayed for an hour because the room wasn't ready, not good after a long train journey with a child. We arrived and the cleaners were still there. The shower looked lovely (2 heads), but when my daughter went to take a shower, the plastic bit of the large shower head fell on top her! Which really scared her and could have caused an injury. The banging of doors from the apartments on the same floor was loud, and the noise from the laundry room next door kept me awake for 2 hours! There were no batteries in the tv remote. Had to go and buy my own. Don't be fooled by the luxurious pics. If you like a comfy bed, and who doesn't,? don't stay here!
