We liked the location of the apartment. It was quite small but very clean and modern.

Minor points are; the little sofa was very uncomfortable and had no cushions, plus the small T.V was not on a moveable bracket so could only be watched properly from the bed.

The room was very spacious and had a fantastic rooftop terrace. There are spiral stairs leading up to it, as the room seems to be in the converted attic. There is also a lift to the third floor. The location was perfect, right by Hevre bar & restaurant and restaurant Kultova. Easy and good communication with the stuff.

I noticed a slight unpleasant smell one evening, possibly due to the rain and the pipes in the old building.

Very stylish, wonderful location, nice size, had everything we needed ….great having access to washing machine. Managers were pleasant and easy to communicate with and efficiently resolved minor internet issue.

No close place to drop bags for a little while before apt was ready at 15:00. Kind of loud at night. In a hopping area, which was OK, but unknown thumping through walls for close to an hour in middle of night. Nothing to do with apt/manager, but not sure if this stuff happens regularly. Roll of paper towels for kitchen would have been nice

Location, location, location. This was the highlight of the apartment. Also the apartment was very clean which was appreciated.

Checking in was unclear in the directions given the lock boxes at the front door and the apartment set up. I had put the code in to the wrong apartment and it gave me access, when I called them and advised them if this, they indicated the people likely did not shut their door properly.. Having 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and 4 people also wasn’t ideal. Asked for more, they indicated they would get some asap, a day and a half later still nothing, obviously had to buy our own. Bed was hard and pillows were not comfortable.
