Very clean and well presented. Good facilities. Great location but still quiet.

Perfect place for people that like vintage district. There are lots of options for dinner, markets, bars. In this time the apartment is quiet.

When we arrived, there wasn’t hot water. It was necessary to communicate with support during the night. After 12 hours the problem was solved, because the gas boiler was off.

The room was beautiful and the staff extremely helpful. We had a problem with the hairdryer and the heater: I contacted the staff and, in one afternoon, I had the hairdryer replaced and the heater fixed. I really appreciated the view over Krakovia roofs and the small balcony. A really wonderful stay!!!

Location, location, location. This was the highlight of the apartment. Also the apartment was very clean which was appreciated.

Checking in was unclear in the directions given the lock boxes at the front door and the apartment set up. I had put the code in to the wrong apartment and it gave me access, when I called them and advised them if this, they indicated the people likely did not shut their door properly.. Having 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days and 4 people also wasn’t ideal. Asked for more, they indicated they would get some asap, a day and a half later still nothing, obviously had to buy our own. Bed was hard and pillows were not comfortable.
