Spacious apartment
Comfortable bed
Liked the small favors - washing capsules, shampoo, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and sugar.
Some places in the apartment were forgotten to clean

This is a very spacious apartment with two very comfy beds. The sofa bed is also large and comfortable (although a little noisy). Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies.
The hot water wasn't working for a couple of days. But the owner was very responsive and resolved this. You have to pay extra for the pool/gym.

Communication prior to our visit was good.
The hosts arranged private taxis to and from the airport, and as requested during our stay, plus a tour to Auschwitz.
Our upgraded room was much more acceptable and as described, than the first one we were given.
Very clean apartments.
Krakow is a beautiful city with lots to see and do.
We found most people we met very friendly and communicating was not difficult, as many had a good level of English.
We only found out on the morning of our arrival that the private jacuzzi was 'out of order'. This was a significant factor in choosing that apartment.
The apartment was NOT as described on the booking website. The bedroom and sofa bed/living area were not "interconnected", separated by a door, but were actually open plan. There was no dining area or dining table. The lock on the bathroom door was broken.
There was rarely anyone to speak to around the reception area. Most communication was via text messages. We explained that we needed an alternative apartment, with separate interconnecting rooms and were told none were available for 2 nights.
