Luxury SPA Apartment Old Town Krakow

Once we found and got into our place, it was luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and short distance to the famous Krakow Square. Each of the four bedrooms had its own fridge, shower, TV etc. Beds were perfect. The apartment had a large kitchen, a wonderful sauna, adjustable AC etc.

We had a hard time connecting with host: the address was not showing on the street (only small digital display), the host's phone # was incorrect. The code for the gate was incorrect. Milena and Wojtek apologized for causing us the troubles, and once we got our keys we were very happy with our stay. The hosts promised to correct contact info on your website.

Fantastic gem located an easy 10 minute walk from the Old Town. All the facilities were top notch and the water pressure is fabulous. Toilet paper, hairdryers, small shampoo/body washes and even sealed toothbrushes were available in all bathrooms. All showers also have a rain shower and removable head for washing. The host was fabulous and helped with a pre-arranged and prepaid, selection of food and drink for us on arrival as we were late to the apartment on our first day. Would definitely recommend it!

Very spacious with good facilities and excellent host

This apartment was in a good location, although on a map it looks slightly out of the centre, we found everything we needed to be within walking distance. The apartment itself was very modern and clean, and it was a massive bonus that there were so many bathrooms, especially as a large group of girls travelling. The hosts were excellent and met us on arrival, showed us around the apartment and sent us some recommendations for things to do while we were in Krakow. I was able to communicate with the host during our stay via whatsapp, and we were able to have access to the apartment all day on the check out day which helped massively with our late flight.
