Between Old Town and Kazimierz by Fragola Apartments

Very spacious (over 90 square meters), perfect for a 4-person family. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room table, a comfortable living room. Good location, though it can be a little loud (it is downtown Kraków, after all). The windows are new and dampen most of the noise.

The staircase: it's a long walk upstairs (3rd floor) to the big 90-sqm apartment. It can be a challenge.

The apartment is in a great location, 10mins walk to the historical center and 6mins to Kraków Grzegórzki train station. There is a coffee shop and a boulangerie with a great sweet breakfast around the corner. It was easy to communicate with the agency both via booking and whatsapp. The team is really nice. My partner was feeling unwell on our last day and they allowed us to stay 1h after checkout time, which for us was a great help and made the difference. There are no keys so the access is only via code which makes for me a travel worry free. The apartment is very spacious - two double rooms and two bathrooms of decent size. We didn't cook, but it has a dishwasher, french press and kettle and microwave - no coffee machine but overall it seemed equipped with everything that could be needed.

Be aware the apartment is located in an old building close to the historical centre, on the 3rd floor with no lift. The WiFi was terrible - little to no signal. I deeply appreciated that they set up the sofa bed for the 5th guest so she didn't have to do it by herself feeling like the third wheel of the situation. She reported that the sofa was extra firm and would have appreciated a topper to make it feel more like sleeping on a bed than on a sofa.

Location excellent. Convenience shop right beside it and getting to and from the apartment from the airport extremely easy using public transport. Apartment itself clean, and everything you need in it for a stay. Hosts always available to help you out if something is wrong

Finding the apartment may be difficult so some sort of photos before check in explaining would be nice. Internet a bit odd as not everywhere in the apartment has the strongest connection but with some moving around its okay.

Apparently was spacious, clean, and well stocked for self catering (salt, sugar, teas and coffee). Comfortably fit the 5 of us. Very well situated between the old town and the jewish quarter for sight seeing, and a tram stop right around the corner when we were tired of walking.

It was a little cold at times and we couldn't change the heating (I think it switched to a summer time regime while we were there).
