Posizione fantastica, comodissimo per raggiungere il centro e ogni punto di incontro a piedi in 10 minuti. Non c'è un personale fisico, essendo aparthotel, non c'e una reception, ma hai un numero di contatto che risolve subito ogni richiesta. Appena scrivi, Ti mandano subito la signora delle pulizie sia per portarti asciugamani in caso ce ne sia bisogno sia altro. Nelle risposte sono veloci e gentili.

24h check in, good information sent to the guests with all the nessesery things, good facilities, excellent location in the heart of Kraków but not too expensive but really quiet so no interrupted sleep.
No double bed in our room but 2 single beds joined together, no place to put your shower gel and shampoo

Lokalizacja, bardzo blisko rynku idealna na spędzenie wieczoru na rynku. Czystą pościel, łazienka ok
Wykładzina w plamy, rozkładana sofa zmęczona życiem.

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Zarówno blisko pieszo do Rynku, na Kazimierz jak i do Dworca Głównego PKP - duża zaleta.
Łatwe samodzielne zameldowanie i wejście na kod.
Dostępna przechowalnia bagażu, do której wchodzi się przez podwórko (otwierana na kod).
Kabina prysznicowa nie była szczelna. W rezultacie woda zbierała się na całej podłodze w łazience. Duzy minus, gdyż informacja o tej usterce pojawiała się już niejednokrotnie w opiniach gości i nic z tym nie zrobiono.
Wieczorem i w nocy słychać odgłosy muzyki, bawiącej się młodzieży i gwaru ulicznego.
Niewygodne materace.
Kod do bagażowni jest taki sam dla wszystkich gości.
