Great value hotel in a good location, easily walkable to major tourist sites but in a quiet area with the bonus of a small park just a minute away.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast - although not the massive buffet you may see in larger (chain) hotels offered good choices and was constantly restocked.
My room was comfortable and clean, and had character.
The hotel doesn't have a lift, so be prepared to walk up to three flights of stairs - but there are comfortable landings with chairs on each floor so it's possible to rest if needed.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city minutes walk to restaurants, the plaza and transportation
Would be nice if they could include a small refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. The staff was very accommodating however they had no problem heating up your food for you in their kitchen

The location is great, well in the centre of the old town, the hotel is quiet and beds comfortable, get a good nights sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning.
I was on third floor steep stairs and no lift (as stated to be fair) the room was spacious but only small high up windows so no views. The shower was over bath

Bed was a bit rough, limited options for breakfast (hot food was mostly either boiled pork sausage or runny scrambled eggs), but good selection of cold dairy and bread
