The position is excellent close to the main square in the heart of the old town but just a street back so quieter Beds were comfortable

The room was smaller than I anticipated but it was adequate, there’s only a microwave for cooking but we ate out so it didn’t matter

Location. Right in the Old Town and very close to the Main Square. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping available within walking distance. The room was comfortable and thankfully had air conditioning. Great design and really liked the coffee machine, lockable safe and little added extras. Staff were great with communication and instructions on how to enter the building. Would highly recommend.

The location was fantastic! So close to the square. Checking in was very easy however I’d recommend letting the host know in advance so they’ve plenty of time to send you the instructions for getting the keys.

1 towel per guest so it you were staying more than 3-4 days you’d probably want to bring your own.

The location of this apartment is excellent, very high quality towels (Portuguese terry) and bed linen.

We were placed in a simpler room than the one we had booked, meaning we did not receive what we paid for. No one informed us about this in advance — we had to ask ourselves why we were given a room without a balcony. The owner or manager was brief in communication and not particularly responsive. The only solution offered was to cancel the stay and receive a full refund. We later found out that the balcony door in the correct room had been broken by previous guests. It was repaired the next day, and we were offered to move, but since we were only staying for two nights, we chose not to waste our time repacking. In the end, we were not informed about the issue, and it seemed they hoped we wouldn’t notice. The unwillingness to engage and the overall handling of the situation was quite disappointing, especially considering the property’s high rating and mostly positive reviews.
