Apartamenty i Studia HERBARIUM

The apartment was spacious, had all mod cons, very comfortable bed & sofa bed, excellent soundproofing from a very busy city centre, powerful shower loved the breakfast too 😋

A bit difficult to find initially, usb's or at least an adapter should be supplied for the sockets.

Location is perfect. Everything is close! The apartment is clean and have everything you need. Easy getting the keys & check out. You cannot hear the npise outside eventhough the location is in the central of the old town

-It was a bit hard to find the place as the picture on the site is a bit different in person (does not have the signage that say “herbarium” -how we wish there was a microwave then it would be perfect! -the bed was a bit hard -there was no information about how we will get our breakfast that was included in our booking. We tried sending a message through this site but no response, then we found a paperbag with food outside the door but it was not the package we ordered. The food was not really outstanding we just decided to skip it for the next day of our stay.

The apartment is in a perfect location (center of the old town), <10 min walk from Krakow main train station, and very spacious (three bedrooms). Rooms are clean. After checking out, we could store luggages until our train time (6pm. great!!). If we visit Krakow again, we will definitely consider staying here.

It took a bit effort to get the key because we don't have phone service there. It would be nice to add an option of using either Booking.com message or emails. We had to ask someone to lend us a phone call. It's better to have curtain for the kitchen window and balcony window.

Location is absolutely amazing. Right in the middle of the old town, a short walk from so many amazing shops and things to do. The sweet breakfast is really nice and a good portion size.

The WiFi was spotty, it would work one day but then not work the next. The reception staff weren’t in reception until you called a number on the door, but the number only got answered on weekdays. While it didn’t happen to me, if you were to shut your room door (which auto locks) on a weekend and forget your key inside, and then try to call reception to let you back in, you would not be able to. So you would need to find somewhere else to stay.
