The apartment is in a perfect location (center of the old town), <10 min walk from Krakow main train station, and very spacious (three bedrooms). Rooms are clean. After checking out, we could store luggages until our train time (6pm. great!!). If we visit Krakow again, we will definitely consider staying here.
It took a bit effort to get the key because we don't have phone service there. It would be nice to add an option of using either Booking.com message or emails. We had to ask someone to lend us a phone call. It's better to have curtain for the kitchen window and balcony window.

Love how it was near everything! Absolutely stunning accommodation. Lovely owners accommodated us and helped in many ways. The stairs funny enough. We got our steps in with it.
There was only two things we suggest to get fixed. First the door was a struggle to open and locked. We had a friend who was the only one who had the knack about it. But we sure felt secure cause there was no way anyone could open it easily. Second, the pipe below the sink wasn’t connected. Our fault for only noticing the last couple of days we had left but there was leakage. Other than that, water pressure was good that’s one thing for sure.

Location is absolutely amazing. Right in the middle of the old town, a short walk from so many amazing shops and things to do.
The sweet breakfast is really nice and a good portion size.
The WiFi was spotty, it would work one day but then not work the next.
The reception staff weren’t in reception until you called a number on the door, but the number only got answered on weekdays. While it didn’t happen to me, if you were to shut your room door (which auto locks) on a weekend and forget your key inside, and then try to call reception to let you back in, you would not be able to. So you would need to find somewhere else to stay.
