Good location. Although I thought I had booked a room in the old town. It was just a short walk and in the end I think I preferred being in a slightly less noisy location. Good sized apartment. Dishwasher was great as was the well stocked coffee machine.

There was no tea towel and some of the globes were out. Also, the curtains had come partially off the tracks meaning you couldn't close them fully. With the early polish sunrise, this wasn't great. Pack an eye mask!

Excellent location, very close to train station. 15 minutes walking distance to Stare Miasto.

Location and how fast they always responded to any message sent. The shower is one of the best (if not the best) I've encountered while traveling.

The bedroom was too hot. The fan included should be bigger. If people are staying for at least a week, more towels should be provided as well as more trash bags.

Easy check-in & check out. Good instructions on where and how to get into the apartment, via WhatsApp. Excellent location. Easy to get by foot to the city centre. The tiny balcony is very nice. Quiet neighbours.

The apartment was probably very nice when new, but now everything is super used and close to broken. - the toilet seat and the flushing button need to be repaired - calk with mould in the bathroom that needs to be redone - the mattresses are worn-out, have many stains and are not comfortable - most of the furniture is worn-out with holes in the finish surface - some lights flicker a lot (very annoying,) indicating end-of-life for lightbulbs - the fridge drainage has mould The cleaning was very superficial: lots of sticky surfaces in the kitchen and lots of dust on the floor.
