I honestly cannot find a single flaw with this apartment. The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish: clear, fast, and very helpful. The self check-in process was simple, convenient, and completely hassle-free. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Kraków and just a short walk from the Main Square. There are countless bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully decorated, and furnished with great taste. Everything feels new and well maintained. The bedroom even has a lovely balcony, which was a nice bonus. The host goes above and beyond by providing an espresso coffee machine with capsules, bottled water, and useful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless, smelled wonderful, and the sofa bed was already prepared for our family of four, which we really appreciated after a long journey. In short, this apartment exceeded all our expectations. It combines an unbeatable location, comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków

Nothing at all. From the location to the cleanliness, communication, and comfort, everything was perfect.

Location was fantastic, near centre of town, restaurants, museums,cafes. Especially good for getting to the big fruit and veg market, Stary Kleparz if you need to buy food to cook.

What prevented us giving a full stars review is the facilities. Oven fan didn't work so could only grill. Just enough pans to cook a full meal. No pot holder or drying up clothes. If you cook like we always do it is essential to have something to remove hot pans and food from an oven.There were no placemats for the table which meant the table could easily be scratched or marked. We don't use the dishwasher for everything (pots, pans, etc.)and we had to use the paper towels to dry dishes which is a waste of resources. The runner on the shower screen was broken and so the screen didn't close properly. The curtain in the bedroom fell off the runners. We did manage to put it back up but it should be more secure. The property is really lovely, just needs a bit more attention.

Lack of communication from the host, messaged 3 times whilst we were there and all ignored. Noise from restaurant downstairs and next door after 10pm and before 7am in the morning. Other issues - fridge door broken, TV remote not working so unable to use TV channels, both clocks not working.
