very friendly and helpful hosts , easy easy to get into the apartment, exceptional and secure building and common areas, many busses’ stops near by and a train station , groceries- pharmacies, decent and safe district
the main issue for me - having NO heating , listed in the apartment facilities , but only AC, switching off every 1.5 or 2 hours. at arrival indoor temperature was +16C . it took me few days to heat the room. plus waking up in night because of getting cold when AC gets switched off. and for me having heating is the main criteria of choosing place winter time . Moreover the apartment is not in sunny side . so summertime should be good
