Die Wohnung hatte einen privaten Parkplatz und war sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr nach Rom angebunden. Ein Supermarkt mit sehr viel Auswahl ist 10 Gehminuten weg.
Das Equipment in der Küche, vor allem Töpfe inkl. Deckel und Besteck, sollte ausgetauscht werden. Ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Toilettenspülung lief ohne Unterbrechungen durch. Mit geschlossener Badezimmertür war’s ok.
