La casa me pareció muy limpia y todo salió como esperaba. Al haberme alojado solo un día, no puedo decir mucho más. El gerente estuvo disponible por mensajes; incluso pregunté por el aparcamiento y no tuve ningún problema. La ubicación es tranquila y sin ruido, algo realmente inusual en Roma.

L’accommodatie ligt in een rustige omgeving, geen verkeer, maar op 20 minuten (zonder verkeer) van het centrum van Rome en met alle voorzieningen in de directe nabijheid. De woning is klein maar comfortabel, alle gebruikte apparaten werkten, katoenen lakens (ik houd niet van synthetische stoffen) en een comfortabel bed (zoals je mag verwachten). De borg werd direct na het uitchecken teruggegeven zoals afgesproken. Echt concurrerende prijzen voor Rome, op vijftien minuten rijden van de luchthaven Fiumicino.
Ik had graag een paraplu beschikbaar gehad gezien de regenachtige dag.

Hanno dei servizi da hotel nonostante siano casa vacanza come il servizio di supporto prenotazione ristorante, evento o qualsiasi cosa tu voglia. Organizzano tour a Roma con guide o gite fuori porta. Ben organizzati, sono rimasto veramente colpito di avere le comodità di una casa vacanza ed essere servito meglio che in hotel. Unica pecca se vogliamo trovare il pelo nel pagliaio e la zona distante 20 minuti dal centro ma al prezzo che abbiamo pagato ci stà ed è anche tranquillo.

Clean and very nice big balcony.
Lots of stairs to walk up with your luggage. If you don’t plan to take a taxi to and from the train walk is about 15 minutes and very scary to do so in the dark and I’m from New York so nothing really scares me haha. House is surrounded by construction that wakes you up at 5 AM in the morning or maybe earlier plumbing in this apartment Building must be messed up due to the construction. I put a €300 deposit down and was charged 80 euro settlement partially due to the shower, not draining. My hair is in braids, so there was no hair being washed during this trip so there was nothing possibly going down the drain they sent you about 20 pages in Italian easy to translate but good luck with that. Getting an a taxi from this place to anywhere else is extremely hard because of the location. Multiple taxis were canceled on me because there was no one in the area. The place is extremely humid and they tell you not to mess with the air in the YouTube videos that they send you. One small bed and one couch very small shower hard to even get in if you’re any more than 100 pounds. Communication on the WhatsApp as well.
